When you come here to eat you're just coming to give away your money we had sat down to eat but emergency came, so we had to leave if I had looked in that bag before we left there !!! I would have demanded our money back there are more crawfish tentacles and shrimp shells then there was crawfish and shrimp together my husband crab legs were so small he would have had to use a toothpick to open them$ 7 for the drinks and the rest was nothing.and the white women that works there was crushing the black waitress out in front of my face wow , thy are on their way out!!! about to be closing down ,not a minute too soon, go somewhere and enjoy what you pay for.iam from s c just visiting never again.

The food was good the service was good atmosphere was a little noisy for my taste but that's just me but the price was way too high for the amount received I eat crab boil a couple of times a year and typically there is so much food that I have at least two more meals to take home with me I ate pretty much the same thing I always do and didn't even have a full second meal to bring home with me I am extremely disappointed in the price versus amount of food. I have also never had a lobster that was so hard to get out of its shell I left a little bit in the Shell because it would not come loose from the sides

This place is so great!! Love the food, and find the boils waaay cheaper than boils from the Red Crab down in FL. So much cheaper.
I feel like this was done very poorly because why would yall put my 12 oysters in a bag like it’s a seafood boil all my sauce on the shells and pieces of shell on my oysters as a chew that’s just sorry customer service
If I could rate this a 0 I would The snow crabs here are very small and definitely not worth the price. On top of that, the management is a complete mess. I watched a simple pay issue turn into the manager, Hollie, being extremely disrespectful toward a server. Instead of fixing it calmly, they fired the server — but didn’t fire the host who slammed menus down on my table. That kind of double standard and unprofessional behavior says a lot. Between the poor management and the disappointing food, this place is not worth the experience.

The house sauce seemed to only be Old Bay and butter. My snowcrab was a little overcooked and I found it odd that sausage was sold separately. Those are all minor issues, so I'd give them another chance if I'm in Valdosta again.

Absolutely horrible customer service at Cajun Wild Crab. I noticed right away that my order was wrong and called back around 1:00 PM to speak with a manager. The girl who answered told me the manager was “on break,” so I asked if I could leave a message for a call back. No one ever called. By 5:00 PM, I called again and finally reached a supervisor.
Instead of offering a solution, she told me to bring the food back—even after I explained that I called as soon as I noticed the issue and that I was already over 45 minutes away. She then went on about being busy running the bar, which had nothing to do with the problem. When I pointed out that I was charged for what I ordered but received something else (at a different price), she just blamed the cashier.
No credit, no apology, no resolution at all. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be returning.
