I tried to call to see if anyone had turned in a lost key and the phone rang about 15 times with no answer. Not everyone wants to place an order when they call so they should at least answer the phone and find out why someone is calling.“

“What I like about this location is my order was incorrect when I did an online order and I called in and say hey my order was incorrect I'm missing some items and sure enough they took my name and say Hey whenever you come back will correct it for you when I did go back they corrected everything and make sure I got fresh chicken of course the first time around the chicken wasn't fresh but they took care of me and that's what I like I like when when the customers and the managers are working on the same page that you have no situations or problems when you return to a location where you spend your heart on money and they don't have a problem with making it right for you“
