Got dinner tonight and ordered a steak burrito, and a steak burrito bowl. (the steak burrito bowl is what I only ever get) They were out of steak and I had never tried any of the other protein options, and instead of having to pay for something I might not have liked in my usual order, the manager brought me three little sample sized cups to try the others so I wouldn’t be making a blind decision. It's one of my favorites. Always have great customer service, and the food always hits the spot. Never had any issues in the many times that I've visited, and always have great service. You definitely get your money's worth here.

Passing through Valdosta and wanted to stop here for dinner. While the people are pleasant, this falls on the stingier side of the Chipotle spectrum. Barely a scoop of beans, so I had to ask for extra. All of the other servings were closer to a spoon size, but still shy of a full scoop, as evidenced by the small amount of lettuce resting on top.

Locations like this make me wonder about who’s running this franchise. There was no AC, no ice in the dining room...
