Zero customer service. Never been to a more terrible restaurant in Valdosta. These employees should be ashamed and should go find another job not customer service related. Their parents apparently did not raise them right or they'd have more respect for themselves and others.

Based on reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great food and great people, with staff that is always friendly and amazing. The food is hit or miss, but the Cobb salad is usually good, and the loaded fries are missed. However, wait time to get food is very long for fast food, with a 20+ minute wait in the drive-thru. The cleanliness is a big complaint, as the floors are always sticky and the tables are filthy. The system was down, so only cash and call-in orders were honored. One order asked for heavy sauce and did not get it, and a wings and things boneless was received as a traditional wings and things.
