Way too expensive for what you pay. Food is not good, overly greasy and took over 20 minutes to get food from the drive thru. It's like this location does not care.
Why they take for ever it’s more than 25 min for 1 order . Yall need to do better zaxbys
Food is great but wait time to get food is very long for fast food (20+ min). Tgey have got to figure out how fast food works. Wait time is atill horrible in 5he drive tbru!

Based on reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great food and great people, with staff that is always friendly and amazing. The food is hit or miss, but the Cobb salad is usually good, and the loaded fries are missed. However, wait time to get food is very long for fast food, with a 20+ minute wait in the drive-thru. The cleanliness is a big complaint, as the floors are always sticky and the tables are filthy. The system was down, so only cash and call-in orders were honored. One order asked for heavy sauce and did not get it, and a wings and things boneless was received as a traditional wings and things.
