I have given this restaurant 5 chances at this point. Every time except for once, this store is out of key product. These are key items on the menu…queso, steak, rice. Today no queso and half the drinks are out. You are losing good customers due to this issue. Being out of product is directly a management issue. Unfriendly employees for overpriced subpar food. Should have gone to Surcheros!!
Waited 45 minutes after our pickup time for an online order. Still didn’t get food. Asked for refund. Can’t refund. They gave me the GMs number. I called GM Correne. No answer. The manager on duty took my information. May or may not get my $50+ back. I text the GM because she didn’t answer. No response. This is a brand new store and obviously not trained properly.
