I waited for over 30 minutes, although I was told it would be 15 minutes. So of course I didn't get what I ordered. After an unnecessarily extended conversation with an employee, Adam (the man who stated he's the owner) told me his only solution was for me to drive back across town to exchange the food. How is it possible to be so void of logic and accountability that your only suggestion is for someone who already waited for an extended period of time, to leave their family and waste their gas to travel back across town, on a Friday night, to exchange items to correct your employee's error. There was no remorse, or even an insincere "textbook apology/acknowledgement" made. I'm sincerely disappointed in the callous and dismissive response to how you & your employees ruined Friday night's family dinner, simply because I wasn't given what I ordered, paid and waited for.

Having been out of the country for quite a few months, I needed some food with flavor. Church's spicey chicken hit that craving. Forgotten how good everything was - I'd suggest getting the mac and cheese for a side. Workers here are professional and courteous. Best chicken around if you ask me.

We ALWAYS stop here on our way from Florida to Ohio . They are ALWAYS very busy . But the food ..the service and hospitality is ALWAYS great ! Great job to EVERYONE who works here ..you ALL deserve a raise .. GREAT JOB !!👍👏
While traveling decided we wanted some chicken that was close by. Stop by the business during business hours just to told they were closed and will open up in 45 mins. Look like they may were having a meeting or something, However meetings should not me held during lunch hours. Store should be open for business!

Thanks to the staff of the Valdosta Church's for battling the crowds following the recent Storm! Amid the mass crowds, they served with pleasure and quality, and I was so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of manager, Mrs. Adrianne!!! Despite an overwhelming crowd and some impatience here and there, she maintained a smile and positive attitude while working right alongside her staff! Thanks for your hard work!!!
