I took my grandchildren to CiCi's recently and thought the restraunt was clean and the food was good. I recently returned with my husband and found 5he restraunt clean, the pizza hot and fresh and the staff very helpful and kind.
Nice employees, phillip is nice.
Food is always yummy. Exceptional service. One employee went above and beyond to help clear our plates and make sure we were taken care of.

Cicis Pizza provides an excellent dining experience with a wide range of pizza options on the buffet, making it perfect for picky eaters. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, wearing genuine smiles throughout and delivering exceptional service. The restaurant is impressively clean, including the restrooms, and features a game area for kids, reminiscent of a 1920's Chuck E. Cheese. The machines in the game area are challenging, offering a fun and engaging experience, although the rewards may be frivolous. While the quality of the food has slowly declined, it still maintains a unique quality that some may find pleasing. Despite this, the prices remain low, making it a good option for families. Terrence White has been noted for providing exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit. The atmosphere can be somewhat noisy due to many TVs, but this is typical for a pizzeria. Cicis Pizza is a great spot for family gatherings, with wheelchair accessibility and the ability to accommodate dietary restrictions.
