In search of the perfect farewell cake for a coworker and friend to share at our weekly gathering at Georgia Beer Company. I ordered this cookie cake online without speaking to anyone. I like this Great American Cookie site. It's smack in the center of a mall and has visual and aroma appeal. The lady behind the counter, Pam, was friendly and cheerful. It's a place I make a point to visit each time in the city. The only problem is that the cookies are TOO good and I have to keep weight in mind!
