The local business I was installing the network system in mentioned Hip-Hot “Must eat there”. I went yesterday evening and ordered Tilapia dinner. I loved the food so much. I went again today and ordered the Louisiana chicken sandwich with Hushpuppies. The Tilapia was lightly patted with perfectly spiced flowers, and the sandwich was carefully crafted . The bun in the bottom topped with bed of vegetables and coleslaw and crowned with chicken patty freshly fried and pan tossed...
Pulled in about 4 minutes before closing. They were probably all cleaned up and ready to leave for the night, and I felt terrible about it. The staff was awesome and didnt make me feel like the huge asshole that I was.
The food was good but the young man who took my order was not. I repeated my order twice to him and when at the windows I asked about my order he replied it don't come with that. I told him I know that is why I asked for it. I asked for it twice. He just walked away. He had someone else give us out food at the window. Customer Service was bad!!!!
