Food and service are top notch there at Jacks Chophouse!
Absolutely top-notch! The steaks are cooked perfectly every time and oh so tender with the best flavor. The staff is always friendly, especially my favorite, Haley. They all make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. My personal entree favs are the Hawaiian Ribeye and the Filet. The best steak and service in Valdosta! Highly recommend!
I’m from out of state. My sister took me there for a birthday dinner. The waitress ignored us, told us we weren’t her only customers after we went to the bar twice to request food, drinks, & to pay our bill. My sister’s steak was sent back…TWICE & it was NEVER right.
