I’ve ate Jimmy John’s once before but todaaaayyyy let me tell you ! I have the chicken bacon ranch sandwhich and I’ve never had a sandwich so good ! I’ve never been one for sandwiches but I think this may be my new favorite place . My food was ready impressively fast , hot , put together perfectly . Atmosphere was clean and relaxing …I sat by the window solo for a while . I’ll definitely be back and I hope to see the person who serviced me Ky again because I love her personality. She’s the best !

In town on a business trip and had a small issue with a delivery. The whole team made everything right including delivering a second time to my hotel.
I recently visited the Jimmy Johns at 1337 Baytree Rd, in Valdosta, GA. My son, daughter in-law, and myself went to this location and were promptly greeted. Our orders were taken and the items ordered were served and ready rather quickly. The sandwiches ordered were very good and the place was very clean and well lit. It's worth another visit.

We spent $64 here and one of the sandwiches is somehow completely incorrect. They charged us for 3 combos despite ordering only 2. And the combo is literally an additional $8 for a tiny bag of chips and a tiny drink. smh

The bread was to hard to eat and the sandwiches were made so bear minimum as the employees could make hardly any thing on either sandwich ther was no smiles , no customer service at all from employees. Just not what it use to be won’t be going back and wasting my money till management changes things for sure
