“The drive thru person was very short spoken and hateful when I asked for another item. The original item I wanted, they were out of. He didn't try to correct the situation. He just kept saying, he couldn't exchange it for something else. Just wasn't good customer service.“
“I recently visited Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen at 1765 Norman Rd. In Valdosta, GA. I had a very good first experience at this restaurant and have gone back since. The parking lot is very nice and kept clean. Going into the lobby I was greeted quickly and my order was taken. The food came promptly and the staff was very friendly. The food was delicious and I enjoyed it.“
