This sonic is awful. The food was completely inedible. The employee was lazy and did not seem to want to be there. What a waste of $50 never going back!

The drive thru speaker is messed up. The burgers weren’t hot nor did they have seasoning, as well as the tots. The reese’s peanut butter cup milkshake tasted like it had no chocolate in it and there was too much ice cream, causing my drink to overflow when I opened it. The turtle pecan milkshake was fine other than the fact that the caramel chocolate cups were almost as hard as a rock.

This is by far the worst sonic in town or that I have ever been to. I waited 20 mins at the stall after putting in mobile order and checking in. I finally pushed the button to get told to come to drive thru window, then waited another 5 mins for her to come to window although there was another girl sitting at desk with jacket over her head, and then the girl was rude with attitude acted like she hates her job, and told me the ice cream machine wasn't working and I have to ask for refund on app. Idk why she couldn't have told me this and been nice about it when I first checked in. You guys need new employees there that have better attitudes and work ethic.

This place is absolutely terrible. Barely any food. We ordered 5 items each was not very full. And large frie was not there. Rude workers. Do not recomend. Tater tots were absolutely disgusting. My Root Beer I had had massive bubbles in it. Other sodas we ordered was flat. Terrible place. Everything here was disgusting. Even the double bacon cheese burger I ordered was disgusting. I was nauseous the whole way to my house. AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Got to the location shortly after 10. According to the app they were open until 11. Was going to order on the app but it would not allow us to check out. Went through the drive through instead.When the person came on the speaker there was no real greeting just go ahead with your order. Then after every item ordered she was saying "anything else" in such a way that it was bothering her that we were there. When we finished our order she said the total but it was very difficult to understand.When we got to the window she repeated the amount took my card and closed the window. After running the card she handed it back and started handing our drinks. We had two dark sodas and could not tell them apart. She did tell us finally what they were.We proceeded to wait, I guess they needed to make some fresh food, but it didn't taste fresh.We get handed two bags, one with our sandwiches and one with our sides. We pull off to the side to check our order. We find out we were missing a large fry. We go back to the window to tell her and she asks the cook about them. No apologies or anything. We get the fry and off we go.Most of the food was ok. My burger meat was tough and tasted like it had been in a warmer for quite a while. One order of fries was about half full. One order of tots was good and the other tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The sodas tasted flat but still had bubbles in them. Overall, I would not recommend going to this location.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes, the car in front of us looked like they were not getting serviced or cared to be serviced... I and other cars behind me left. While leaving we drove past the window and could only see one employee doing nothing. I called corporate, and let them know.

I gave them a 3 because I ordered 2 of the featured meal deals. It was the burger and tots, $3.99. When she handed me the bag, it felt light, so I asked if ìt was 2 burgers and 2 tots, she said yes. When I got home, there were no tots. I live 26 miles away, so, to far to go back.

Make sure this place is open. Pre ordered on app and everything went through including my payment. When we arrived the place was locked and I basically lost my money. Some employees outside said nobody with a key showed up. Be aware. Was told to call an unknown 1800 number. Wow.
