Food and atmosphere was lovely. James, our server was amazing. So nice and he actually ran a half a block to get my purse to me that I left behind. Great service and loved the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The food was amazing. Staff was very nice. Love the paintings and ambiance. However, for the prices you pay, I don't expect shrimp to come with the tail on and I have to take it off. They had big flies in the window. I killed three of them. They may need some kind of bug catcher in the dinning room. Menus could be laminated cause the paper ones were covered in stains.

The Bistro has been a staple for fine dining in Valdosta for many years. The food is excellent and the service is as well. If you have not been for the food or a special occasion, give it a try! Charles keep up the good work!
