“Wow, looks like somebody's got your back, and mine too. Yeah it was tonight somewhere around I guess 7:00 7:30 I don't know. I was just trying to enjoy a meal. I sure didn't want to hear someone coming in trying to start trouble.
I know the staff is always been decent to me, and to my girl.
Yes she made three different threats, I also followed it up with a police report. The officer was a nice gentleman, ain't going to lie. Nice to see goodness and officers again.
Keep up the good work staff members. You bring joy to a lot of people's lives and sometimes it means more than you realize.

“My daughter requested Waffle House be served at her 16th birthday brunch. I called NeNe, the manager at the Madison Hwy location, for assistance with making this happen. Unfortunately, her location was closing for remodeling the weekend of the brunch. However, she took on the task of helping me find another location and made all the arrangements for the catering and pickup. She absolutely went above and beyond to help make sure the birthday girl's wish came true, and I am so grateful for all her help! Great customer service! Highly recommend!“
“The customer service was good I don't really have any complaints they continuously checked on me to make sure my order was ok. If you get a fiesta omelette you may have to remind them to be light with the jalapenos. They give you a very generous amount. The times I went the restaurant it wasn't that busy so my order came to my table pretty fast. The employees seemed very friendly and professional. I usually only go to this restaurant in between 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. no particular reason it's just a habit I guess.“
“My husband and I enjoyed an absolutely delicious breakfast here this morning! The coffee was fresh and hot. I requested crispy bacon, and it was perfectly cooked, crispy and well done, but not burnt. Scrambled eggs were just right and my husband said the waffle was excellent! I was impressed with the excellent customer service as well. Everyone working there worked as a Team. All of them were very kind and helpful. We live in this area and will definitely be regular customers from now on!“
“I dined in at this waffle house located at 1819 W Hill Avenue, Valdosta GA. The service by Red, and Lloyd was absolutely 5 Star. They took pride in their job and making sure the customers are happy. The food was on point and so yummy!
