Never had a bad experience here until last night. My husband and I went in to eat on lunch. We get 1 hour. There was no ice so I asked for ice. The young lady at the counter decided to fill up her ice bucket instead of just filling our drinks first. I asked the other lady for ice because I was on lunch and don't have a lot of time to wait. She gave us half a cup and that was it. It will be a LONG time before I return.
