Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Employes got nasty attitude and throw hand signals at you like they telling you to shut up and they waited on very body else and had five cars ahead of us and they was rude and the manager lied

I placed an order online for great 8 and received only 5 wings...when I called they rudely hang up the phone...worst zaxby

Order was given in drive thru to include senior discount. Discount wasn’t taken off of order at the drive thru window. Was told by drive-thru worker and manager that there was nothing can could be done. What happened to ringing the order up again correctly?

On June 8th I came thru the drive thru ordered a 6 tender plate !. & a Cobb salad with no tomatoes . ! These young’s girls don’t listen to save their lives , don’t know how to TAKE ORDERS CORRECTLY . Listening skills at a 0 . She wanted to charge me for a tender seperated ! When I asked for 6 tender plate why was I rung up for 5 ? Won’t be coming back to this location . Can’t listen , wanna giggle is not my atmosphere to be in .

They have nasty attitudes and has gotten my order wrong so many times. It’s sad that they don’t care about their customers. You go inside a lot of times they can’t be found cause they in the back chit chatting, etc. They need some structure and to be more organized as well as attentive.

Slow slow service. Employees are running over each other but getting nowhere. Order on the app and wait 15 minutes longer…multiple tests with the app. They must put app orders off to last.

I’ll start this off by saying, all of the zaxbys locations in Valdosta have drive thrus that take forever. But this location in particular will tell you they’ll bring your food out if it’s not ready at the drive thru and then 30-45 minutes later, you’re sitting there wondering if they forgot about you. You then go in and find your order in the pickup area and it’s only still slightly warm with condensation around the plate. I truly wondered how long it had been sitting there but I was so upset and just grabbed it and left for my own sanity. I hate it because zaxbys has pretty tasty food but the customer service and structure could use an overhaul and care. I try to give grace because I understand a lot of times, they are really young kids/ppl. Maybe it’s management. I don’t know.
