I spent 18 dollars on a dozen donuts, they were the worst donuts I'd ever had, not ONE was edible, even the children wouldn't eat them, Dunkin Donuts used to have the best donuts, these were heavy, cakey, had NO flavor a total waste of hard earned money
Sat at drive thru way too long with no acknowledgment. Finally we said hello and someone said be with you in a minute, and then still waited a long time before they took order. Then sat at window while they made it, I guess, bc it took so long. DD won’t make it here, if the service doesn’t get better.
Hands down. Far superior to their other chain competitor in town, Starbucks.
Friendly…. Service is spot on.
