“Today was my first time ever here at Papa Buck's BBQ. I wasn't sure what I was walking into by looking at the outside. The outside is dark that gives an unwelcoming feeling. When you open the door to go inside, I was impressed. The inside is lit up with a welcoming site and the employees were super courteous. As for the Food; delicious!! I had a BBQ sandwich, orginial sauce, slaw on a bun. I definitely will go again!! Thanks, from Alabama Lady“

“Best pizza in Vidalia!! Was what I said 6 yrs ago. Not so anymore. In the past couple years, this place has become a daycare center for employees. Their kids are always hanging out in the dining area, and the product has shown a lack of respect for the workplace. Pizza quality has gone from a 5 to a 1“

“If you want good down home country cooking, this is your place! Ms. Cathy and staff are hospitable and customer service a priority! Great fried chicken, fried pork chops, catfish on Fridays. The best tasting vegetables you will find on a buffet period! If you want to order of the menu you can do that too and the hamburgers are some of the best you’ll eat anywhere. The catfish plate is one of my favorites and did I mention the seafood on Friday Night? Perfect place to stop by and eat before heading to The Pit to watch the 2024 GHSA State Champion Toombs County Bulldogs play football! By the way, Ms. Cathy feeds the Bulldogs their pregame meal so her food is the “food that champions eat”! Stop by any day but Sunday….you’ll be glad you did!“
