“I like the (3) favor Banana Split with all the of the toppings, but everytime I come they never have Banana's ? or all of the toppings. I realize this Baskin-Robbins is a smaller store than the one I'm accustomed to that has more ice cream favors, an toppings to choose from. But I will say this, they are a whole lot better than Dairy Queen.“

“Me and my wife had a great experience at Dairy Queen thanks to Gavin. From the moment we pulled up to the drive through he was extremely friendly and professional. He looked us in the eyes, spoke clearly, and made sure everything in our order was correct.

What stood out most was how he made us feel like valued customers, not just another order. There was a level of respect and attention that you do not always see, especially at a drive through. He carried himself in a very distinguished way and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

Gavin has a bright future ahead of him no question. Management should definitely recognize him for setting the standard on how customers should be treated.
