We ordered steak and chicken to split between two people and paid additional seating charge. One person only got the soup, salad and fried rice. The vegetables and meat were not split equally. The waitress and chef were aware meal was for two NOT JUST ONE. Angie was the manager on duty and said that should not have happened and she would speak to waitress and chef. Bad customer service. Did not offer to replace my meal. Very, very disappointed this time.
I use to love this restaurant. I wouldn’t eat another other hibachi restaurant if it wasn’t Sumos . Over the past few years it has just went down hill. The food and service are no longer top notch. I keep giving them chances but yesterday was the last straw for me. I will never walk back in the establishment again. We walked in at 4:30 when they opened and were told we could not be seated until after 830 because they had saved all their tables for reservations and no room...read full review
