If I could give a -0 I would. I was called and advised my pizza would be an hour before delivery. So I stated to wait that long before my pizza is made. And the person that called me was such a smart mouth. I’m spending my money to get hot pizza. Customer service stinks! Customer service is everything in the food industry!

The experience and customer service by the manager of this location was absolutely shameful. The pizza we received was burnt and inedible. The manager was rude and obviously lacks the professionalism needed to serve in that position. When we called to share our concerns about the pizza, he proceeded to hang up the phone. We then went in person to share our concerns and dealt with his insolent demeanor.

The Walnut Grove Domino's as a manager named Allen who should not be there The pizzas were terrible and when we told them about it he ask me to leave terrible customer service which was even worse than the pizza if you can believe that problem is we own their building I'm in the big liquor store right next to them and they're never good

I attempted to call multiple times regarding an incorrect delivery. The staff hung up on me twice and put me on hold once as soon as I said why I was calling to avoid addressing the issue. This is absolutely ridiculous service.

The store manager refused to give me her name but was a young girl who doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. She was definitely overwhelmed. What a joke. Lost this customer!

The person on the phone was very rude. Told me that I could not build my own pasta bowl. Then he hung the phone up on me. If I could give a negative stars I would. You choose that job so act like a man and do your job right. It’s not my fault you dislike your job and take it out on the customer. What a loser.

TLDR: They make pizzas that are bad and wrong, then will accuse you of being a liar when you call to question them on it. Don't order here. They don't even deserve 1 star!Last several orders, our pan pizza with extra sauce has been drier than a November turkey. It's not even good fresh, much less cold or reheated. So 2 arrive today. It's dough, cheese, toppings. NO SAUCE! Peel back the cheese & there's nothing but soft dough under the cheese. This has happened 4-5 times, providing feedback in the app doesn't work apparently so today I called the store.I asked why there have been so many issues with no sauce, he immediately gets defensive & says he knows there's sauce because he made them himself. He continues to argue with me over the phone & says he won't help me unless I bring them back.So I brought them back.He comes over to look at them then retreats to his dough corner without saying a word knowing he screwed them up.I gave them their dough pie, she gave me a full refund, and I took my business elsewhere.Customer service is weak these days but there's no way I'm paying THAT kinda money for THAT kinda pizza & still have to deal with the bad attitude of some lazy doughboy that can't handle basic tasks like putting sauce on pizza.

Employee was not wearing a hair net and his hair was in a ponytail. He would turn his head and his hair would brush over the pizza dough and he was not wearing gloves as he kneaded the pizza dough meanwhile touching other things. Will not eat in there until problem is fixed.
