Nothing worse than coming home and finding out your order is incomplete. And I get that mistakes are made, but when you repeat your order FOUR TIMES, there is no excuse for getting it wrong! Then to add insult to injury, you have a manager that prefers to inconvenience the customer by making them drive all the way back to the store instead of refunding them back $6.***TOTAL GARBAGE***

So there I was Hungry. I pull up to my local Arbys. I ask the person taking my order for the delicious albeit hardly any meat on the sandwich french dip sandwich. She obliged but then recanted and told me they were out of au jus dip...
