Ordered a Brisket Sandwich and a buffalo slider. The girl in the drive thru got it wrong even though i clarified twice that I wanted brisket and not pulled pork, so I ended up with a pulled pork sandwich. The spicy BBQ sauce is not good. The buffalo chicken slider usually comes with peppercorn ranch (at least I know it used to, and I don’t think they changed). Instead of ranch, mine came with half a slice of nasty plastic cheese. Only came because I had a gift card, and even still I’m extremely disappointed. Won’t be coming back.

Food is always freshly prepared. Beware when you dine in; it is always cold and the soap they use to mop the floor leaves the floor sticky.

Ordered online to pick up in store. When I arrived nobody greeted me nor did they come to the counter to get my order. When they did I was told they had no roast beef. Really. Someone had gone to another store to get some. It would be 20 minutes or more. It was more like 30 but I waited . Finally got my order but the crinkle fries were completely COLD and looked like they had been there for a long time. My cherry turnover looked like it was cooked days ago. It definitely was not prepared today. It was dry and didn’t even look worthy of letting anyone eat it. I was definitely disappointed. 😕
I waited in line for 10mins nobody greeted me. They saw me standing there and still never said a word. I then politely asked if they had any other workers to help me as I was on break and the Very rude cashier said "you can just go back to work there's only 2 of us here" the audacity of her rudeness was uncalled for. I didn't want chicken why else would I go to Arby's? I left and went to Dairy Queen where they served me right away with a smile!! Corporate and this location should be very ashamed of themselves!!!!

Came through drive thru tonight. I asked a question about is there a way I can get the classic roast beef sandwich with the fries with out the drink( keep in mind some places still charge you if you don’t get it) and with a straight attitude “uh get the sandwich and fries” (like I was dumb) if you could only hear her voice, my daughter even looked at me like what?!? Could have just said it’s not any cheaper or whatever. I told her she didn’t have to have an attitude, and she continued to have one. Decided to just go somewhere else. This is the third time something has happened at this location and will not be back. Hire people that enjoy their job and can answer question kindly.
