Sat at the drive through by myself for a few minutes at 8pm, no other cars. Drive by the window and five employees are just standing around chatting.

Ordered double no seed bun and med fries.Got COLD fries and a regular with seed bun. 4 cars in parking lot and 2 in drive thru...called, Got recording and hung up. WASTE of $10Dietary restrictions: Cannot do seeds due to medical condition!Confirmed 3 times still wrong everything

This what I got at the drive through...was on lunch break got back to my job.. opened box...look like trash...suppose to be honey BBQ boneless wings and fries...they pour the sauce over everything...plus hardly was any fries in the box...the fries should have been in fries container to protect them...I was highly upset...

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. It didn’t take me long to realize why no one was at this restaurant while all the other ones near by had lines. The person taking my order was sighing and huffing and puffing through the speaker as if I was an inconvenience for them, so I just drove off and will never return like most people in the area. I’ve never experienced customer service that bad before, and from what I see in the reviews, the owner and managers don’t care.

Stopped in for a Chicken, Bacon, Swiss, sandwich meal. First time being at this location, fries were on point with a cold sandwich like it had been sitting on a counter for a while.First impressions on food are everything to me. Too much money for it to be cold. First and last time here.

Ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. The sandwich itself was very thin and ther buns seemed as if it was smashed flat. Was not satisfied with paying $5 for a flat sandwich with like two slices of Arby's roast beef. It was more bread than meat. Arby's is my favorite restaurant and i was So disappointed with my order. The drive-thru cashier was very kind and polite.

Had an Arby's Rewards deal that I wanted to use. The young girl behind the counter whispered something and I asked her to say again cause I couldn't hear her. She barely spoke loud enough that then I heard her say "We don't take online orders". Well I asked her if her manager could honor the deal and again she mumbled something. I asked her again and she said no. I then asked her if she could at least ask her manager and she just mumbled, no! I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere!

Went through the Drive through. Food was good but no napkins, no sauce of any kind and had to remind them about our drink. Server seemed to be lost. Not good.Parking: Parking is a little tight.

Was told to wait at the speaker. Then they never took our order. Took other cars, but not ours. Asked if they could take our order. Was told to hold more, rudely, with attitude. Meanwhile everyone else was being helped. I don't think waiting 10 minutes for a drive thru order, just to be taken is the way to a good business. We ended up leaving when the person in the speaker was rude to us and took our business elsewhere. Remember, the person at the speaker, is usually the first person a customer will interact with when going through a drive through. They should always be respectful and not rude. Unfortunately that was not the case Today.

Customer service is absolutely disgraceful and rude!!! They tell you to "wait a minute" before you order and then never come back to help you. When asked if they're ready to take your order yet they completely ignore you.What a shame. This Arby's was fantastic when it first opened and I had high hopes for it. Now they just lost any future business from me and my family.
