People with large orders should have to come inside or pull to the side. We waited almost 30 minutes in line for ice cream. I called the store from my car and she said they had a large order to prepare. Then the next car was long. Drive through should not be for long orders.

The crew at this location were too interested in talking with each other to provide good customer service. One employee rolled her eyes at another customer who mentioned that his order was not correct. She replied that they were out of a donut item he had ordered and shoved the bag to him; she did not offer a replacement. The customer had to insist. The location was not extremely busy but it took twenty minutes to get a cappuccino! It was handed to me with the contents dripping...

Ice cream is delicious! A little bit pricey though. I wish they would switch up the flavors more often as they have plenty of flavors featured on their site. Every 31st you get $1.50 ice cream scoops. Bone appetite
