They never have fries cooked. You always have to wait for them to be cooked. I agree fresh fries are always better, but if your in a hurry and want fries, always ask if they have fries cooked before ordering. They won't tell you until you get to the window and pay; that they have to cook them.

Overall, I find this place to be on the upper end of fast food places in terms of ratings along State Route 96.
I've been here once in the late lunch block (~3pm on a weekday) and once around 8:30pm on a weeknight, and both times, I was impressed with the service and the food.
