Just another poorly run operation with no customer service. Tried to use a reward on my account. Made it a huge hassle. Stood around for like 10 minutes waiting for them to figure it out and they just kept trying to make it my problem. Telling me I have to buy something else. Ultimately left with an empty stomach. Won't be back.

Amazing food and friendly staff! Shout-out to the crew that was working 9/26/25 at 1710. Greeted kindly on entry and exit and the food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, and the wings were actually crispy and not undercooked. Please sustain this quality, plan to make many more trips!!

This BWW location misses the mark. Their wings are small, overcooked, and dry. They fill their ranches 1/4 of the way. They will argue with you if they make a mistake with your order. Recommend utilizing the Centerville location at all costs. Stay away from this GO location.

No complaints. I met the owner here and he cooked my food personally. Ppl are gonna complain when they have a big order and get there and food maybe cold. They just opened and trying to get the feel for how many ppl they need in there at all times. All my food was good even the burger I ordered. I was pleased. Clean inside out and have a restroom.

I stood in line to get the first 100 customers eat for free promotion. Ive been coming every few days to cash that in. I like the wings and cheese curds, the service time is decent. The staff is friendly. No complaints really. Honestly I much prefer it over the main store.

I was very excited to finally get some bdubs for dinner but unfortunately I was to be sorely disappointed today. These were some of the driest, DRIEST wings I've ever had in my entire life. I know this is a relatively new location and it shows. Clearly none of the employees have any business cooking wings, I will certainly never come back here again. Please go else where and support literally any other business.
