It was the most gross thing I have experienced in a while if I could give negative stars I would. I FOUND A FINGER NAIL IN MY cotton candy medium slush. Manager didn’t do nothing but want to refund me. And probably didn’t look into the situation. It was disappointing and disgusting. And the employees were very unintelligent. Very rude and disrespectful. Barely speaking as well. I’m so very disappointed.

went through the drive-thru around 10:30am and the customer service was horrible. the lady who took our order was extremely rude... do not recommend!!!!! she screamed at me!!!!

Well went to the drive-thru Burger King on Watson blvd. this evening. I waited for like 15 to 20 minutes for someone to take my order. No one ever did so I just left. Can’t sit in the drive-thru all night waiting for someone to take my order. It’s ridiculous!!! There was a whole line of cars waiting behind me. I don’t know what’s going on with Burger King???? Haven’t had good experience lately with the Burger Kings in Warner Robins Ga. Maybe they’re just under very poor management. Burger King really needs to get their act together.

Woman didn't get my order correct. You could hardly hear her speak. Tried to change from a bacon cheeseburger to a double bacon cheeseburger before I got it, I asked her if she would correct it for me and she said no she wouldn't. I also ordered a 12 piece mozzarella fry and only got an eight-piece. The bacon cheeseburger didn't even have the pickle on it. I also had to go back to get my shake. And all the food was cold. Girl's name is Angeline. I was wanting to correct it to give them more money but I won't be coming back to this one again. At least the manager offered a redo the next day.

I go there every morning for breakfast and the service is great. I love it 😍.
Posting while in the drive-in line. Arrived at 3:45 and it is now 4:10 and I'm one car back. The longest I've ever spent in a Drive-Thru.

I bought 4 meals and mozzarella sticks everything was cold all the sandwiches only had lettuce and one pickle !!! Mozzarella was cold and cashier and everyone in there wouldn’t communicate and onion rings wasn’t cooked all the way!!! All sandwiches I got come with everything and we just got lettuce and one pickle and we waited over 30 minutes for food !!!
