Posting while in the drive-in line. Arrived at 3:45 and it is now 4:10 and I'm one car back. The longest I've ever spent in a Drive-Thru.

I bought 4 meals and mozzarella sticks everything was cold all the sandwiches only had lettuce and one pickle !!! Mozzarella was cold and cashier and everyone in there wouldn’t communicate and onion rings wasn’t cooked all the way!!! All sandwiches I got come with everything and we just got lettuce and one pickle and we waited over 30 minutes for food !!!

Drive-thru service was awful we just left there and not even 10 minutes ago had to go to another Burger King due to rude cashier at the drive-thru who was ignoring me and my husband couldn't even order I had told her to hold on so what we wanted to eat. So this how Burger King treat their customers ones that stay in this location that comes here almost every other day. Do not go here no service at all

Id love to rate the food.but this burgerking and it's manager Barbara wouldn't give me mine. I ordered online. I got all the email and txt notifications of my purchase as well as all the info on the bk app, but Barbara didn't care and literally told me as much. When asked her name, because even for something under $10 it's still money I don't have and may not get back. It also means I don't eat until payday in 2 days.

Every time I stop by the wait feels like forever in drive thru. It’s a newly updated restaurant too. Their staff must just be lazy. I waited 30 mins for a cheeseburger
