The service is so incredibly rude. An employee was so frustrated with me because I wanted to change my order. She was more concerned about getting off work. She told me to go to the store and get a drink instead.

The brown skinned manager with the freckles makeup in the red button down shirt on 4/3/2024 is very rude and racist very jealous and childish. There's no way they would put her in that high position to play over people food and money. Thanks for losing a loyal customer over fifteen years

Hello everyone I had ordered a whopper today online. When I went to pick it up I thought I had used one of my rewards that included a free any size fries. But I made a mistake and didn't do it correctly but at the time I told the Burger King associate that I did. To make a long story short I was wrong and I told her that but she was offering me the fries anyhow and I was telling her that it was ok she didn't have to. At this time the manager came to the window and told me it was and it was out the window anyhow. The associate's name was Tianna(Ti); and, I just wanted to mention this because we get upset when we are out and about and stop off to grab something to eat and the order is wrong or doesn't taste fresh. This time everything was good and on point and Tianna was nice, professional and courteous and I wanted to say Thank You Tianna and I truly believe you are going to go very far in this world because you exhube a great personality.My name is Shirley A Ridley☺
