I placed an order at the wrong store and needed it refunded still no call back left 2 vms no call back nothing. Since I haven't gotten a response back I've posted it here under warner robins too cause I need to know how to get my money back

I ordered a deep sea double and it was pitiful, it was so old and hard and couldn’t even eat it. Just disgusting and to serve this to a customer show they don’t care what they give you. No pride in this place😩

The food is usually made to order and hot. I like this location for that reason only. The service is hit or miss. During the early mornings around 130am they usually limit orders by saying their system is down but it is not true. They will continue to take mobile orders but they do not relay that to their customers.

Horrible customer service. I hate the AI speaker thing. It got my order wrong and when I pulled around and told the cashier Adajah she walked away smirking without saying anything. Then she handed me my food (again not saying anything). Food was wrong of course, but I didn't want them spitting in it so I just left. Will not return.

This place has always been a little messy, no matter what time of the day or night I go, there's always trash over the floor, and I don't ever remember my food being hot, it seems they pre-make many of the the foods and have it sitting..

Food is great for the price, especially the fries and the combo deals. Service was fast but the person giving out the food seemed to be on her last 10% of charge, but despite that it was worth the trip.
This was probably the worst fast food I've ever had in my life. The service was fine and everything but the food itself was just awful. I feel gross and nauseous and upset I spent my money here.
