Closed with chairs up during normal hours of operation 2 hours before closing I would have left a good review but the service was unable to be obtained due to poor communication with customers on hours of operation.

We took my kiddos last minute to eat before seeing a movie and they were unable to get their ice creams that came with the kids meals due to being late for the movie. The manager there went out of his way to come out to use and give us free coupons to redeem their ice creams at a later date. Absolutely made my kids day. The food was good and came right out. We will definitely come with the kids again.

I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place so I wanted to try it out just for myself and all I want to say is that this is better than expected. The workers were so sweet , especially the young man in the front. Especially Dominic and Lyla were so sweet and asking me about my crocheting and giving me suggestions on what to order because I haven't been in years. The other girls in the back were such hard workers and from what I could see they were helping each other out at every step of the way. Definitely might come again

False advertising of products that they don’t have. Only go there for blizzards. Says they have peppermint hot cocoa blizzard but they do not. So remove from the mobile app

This maybe the worse Dairy Queen ever. The service was horrible. The burgers do not taste grilled and it tasted like it was reheated but it was warm and my fries were cold

Ordered on the app and the guy said the order wasn't showing up. I showed him the receipt and he kept repeating to me that it wasn't showing up. I said I'm not sure what to do because I have the receipt showing what I ordered and paid for and he kept repeating himself. I had to eventually ask for a manager to make my order.

I came here tonight before the Homecoming game to grab some ice cream, but the person speaking over the intercom was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Their tone made me feel disrespected, like I wasn't even a human being. I was so put off by the interaction that I ended up leaving without getting any ice cream for my kids!

9:00pm and they shut at 10:00pm… why is the door locked when I placed an order for pickup? I tried to go inside & bounced off of the door. the employee proceeds to stand there looking at me stupid while hitting her vape…

Most people go to Dairy Queen for their blizzards and frozen treats, but they also serve a pretty good burger.
I've gone to this location many times and feel like they always do a good job of service.
The drive thru stays busy. Head inside if the line outside is too long.
