Worst freakin Dairy Queen on earth. The workers don’t give a crap about the customer. Long waits. Terrible terrible service

I was enjoying the Georgia sun, decided to upgrade my day. Dairy Queen provided that upgrade, in the form of a vanilla, dipped in chocolate cone. Made my day!

Drive thru attendant at the window had a very unpleasant attitude no greeting confirmation of my order or anything just a here and go type of attitude not reflective on how well the food actually was

Customer service is terrible! And if you’re going to shut down the kitchen at a certain time, the times should be posted. The hours are until 10 but I was told the kitchen was closed when I got there at 9:20. I understand yall close at 10 and are ready to leave but the times should posted or start off by making your customers aware.

Person on drive through was rude on the speaker, waited 15 straight minutes without a single car moving (if you put new fries on, tell them to park). No apology or empathy. Terrible.

It was clean with friendly staff. However, they don't have chocolate soft serve, so they lost a star. I really wanted chocolate soft serve.

Closed with chairs up during normal hours of operation 2 hours before closing I would have left a good review but the service was unable to be obtained due to poor communication with customers on hours of operation.

We took my kiddos last minute to eat before seeing a movie and they were unable to get their ice creams that came with the kids meals due to being late for the movie. The manager there went out of his way to come out to use and give us free coupons to redeem their ice creams at a later date. Absolutely made my kids day. The food was good and came right out. We will definitely come with the kids again.

I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about this place so I wanted to try it out just for myself and all I want to say is that this is better than expected. The workers were so sweet , especially the young man in the front. Especially Dominic and Lyla were so sweet and asking me about my crocheting and giving me suggestions on what to order because I haven't been in years. The other girls in the back were such hard workers and from what I could see they were helping each other out at every step of the way. Definitely might come again

False advertising of products that they don’t have. Only go there for blizzards. Says they have peppermint hot cocoa blizzard but they do not. So remove from the mobile app
