First time having Firehouse Subs and I will definitely go back! Sub was delicious. The amount of options on the menu is perfect. They offered a great hello when we entered. And the service was fast.
Just fyi if you go to this or the Lake Joy one, make sure to go behind the counter yourself and put the extra meat on there or you won’t get it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO I GET A SANDWICH THAT LOOK ANOREXIC, after paying extra for meat.. anytime I have actually gotten the extra meat my sandwich is fat! This is ridiculous. If you don’t have the ingredients or something just say that but don’t make people pay for something that you keep leaving off..
I’ve been to this Firehouse Subs restaurant 3 times in the last 1.5 months. This place is below standards. All of my on-line orders have been screwed. The last 2 we’re missing items. ie: no added tomatoes, onions or a pickle spear. Either they were out or just completely forgot to follow directions. This last time they completely ignored my order. I arrived abt 20 minutes after I ordered, and my order hadn’t even been started. They told me that they were out of pastrami...read full review
