I ordered through the Firehouse app and they didn’t have an item I ordered. Initially the staff person wasn’t even going to tell me until I asked about it. They blithely replied to get a refund from DoorDash. I replied I ordered from the store app. A second employee stated he wasn’t authorized to refund for I item I paid for but did not receive and I had to go through the Firehouse app. Firehouse corporate responded they can not refund, only the individual store can. Great place that will fix any mistake they make!
My husband went in last week and they forgot to add meat to his sandwich, but he went on about his merry way.
Went back in today and they remembered him/ the mistake and corrected it by giving him his sandwich for free! He is more than happy!!
99% of the time, we are 100% satisfied. Tonight was the 1%. Still highly recommend, but tonight’s preparer probably needs some more training.
