The service is kinda hit or miss. The manager was extraordinarily kind, however one time we went there and the waiters brough us like 14 calories worth of bread and no damn olive oil. As far as the food, I just get the Ribeye made rare and the potatoes. For 50$ its about the best steak you can find. It created my love of rare steak. 10/10.

The entrées were very, blah. But the appetizers were great! I'd definitely go back, but would just get the appetizers.

The waitress was wonderful and very sweet. But my wife and I where put in a dark cold corner. Had to listen to some of the most foul mouth clowns. We could have possibly had the displeasure of setting next to. The food was not great. The lady I'm assuming owns the place tried her best. But the food was not great. It was pretty closets what you would get in a 3 squares dinner for a very high price all in all very disappointing

Would love to give 5 stars but I’m unfortunately everytime I come to the restaurant I have a bad experience with the hostess. The older woman is rude and has an attitude every time we come. She also lingers much too long and is too much for my taste. Would have loved to be a continued customer but cannot deal with her. All over servers are wonderful.

My FUTURE and I were reserved for Cupids day and the Cupids day package. Unfortunately we were not able to dine until the following Saturday. Mrs. LILLIE BROWN was a great Hostess, Server, Waitress and all around PERSON. She saw us through every aspect of our visit from reservations to leaving after having a gr8 night out. We'd return any day just 2 see her! I can go on and on about this wonderful lady.
The food was awesome! My FUTURE had the tomahawk steak. Medium well. This package is for 2 ppl. It comes with salad, 2 sides, bread and a beverage of choice and a desert. This is a definite 5⭐ meal. My 2 sides was Calamari and Shrimp and a loaded baked potato. My FUTURE had the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. I was full after the salad and potato. Although my main course was covered I declined to order anything else. That's really a lot of food. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant. She was not Mrs. LILLIE BROWN though. But, she did a helluva job! We will most certainly be returning on a normal business day. For Cupids day this is a must try. Call a few days ahead. Get your reservation set. The seats go fast on this day. Get there and enjoy the ambience and the saxophonist while enjoying your meal.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and plenty of handicapped spaces.

Overpriced bland food and incredibly slow service. Took over an hour just to receive our salads. I've tried it multiple times and it was the same experience. In addition, they were out of dessert options both times. Nice atmosphere but nothing else.

My husband and I had an amazing Valentines date here! Our server Deja was so sweet and super helpful with all our questions! I definitely recommend the steak. Yes the food took a little bit to come out but it was 100% worth it!

This place has no idea of the concept of reservations. Made reservations, still waitied for forty minutes. Everything was super uncoordinated. As if they had no idea that it was valentines day. The food is mediocre, not authentic Italian. That wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for them charging authentic Italian prices. It has this fake fancy "atmosphere " but it's all cheap and lazy. The menus are made of paper, there's a mandatory gratuity tip, and the base valentines meal total was 200+.

Tonight was the worst, uncoordinated service and dinner I have had in 20 years. We had reservations but still had to wait for 45 minutes to be seated, then we sat for another hour, my wife received her appetizers but mine did not come until I asked for it which was another 25 minutes(Oysters). We wanted desert but ended up canceling that. Never received our salads and I received 1 refill which I had to find the waitress and ask for, and my wife didn't receive one at all. Got tired of waiting and had to ask the bus boy to find the waitress, who then took another 15 minutes to remove the desert. Got the bill and they had a built in gratuity of 20% ($33), for a meal that was built in for valentine's to be $160, for a total bill of $209 for pasta and a 16 oz steak. Needless to say, for the service, wasted time and meal, I will not be back and neither should anyone else. They must be under new management or something because it was not like this the last time I went here. I would suggest that until something changes stay away from this place. Wowww, a Valentine's Day to remember, oh and it WAS NOT packed!! So they can save that excuse!!!

I ordered the Barata Salad and a Fettuccini Chicken Alfredo. Salad was good, however Chicken Alfredo I didn’t even get to eat…because of my extreme loss in appetite. Host is extremely odd…but somewhat welcoming for the most part. Service wasn’t very attentive. Service eats where they cook the food which I find a bit unpleasant. To top it all off there was FROG. A literal frog on the windowsill. I called it a night after that, no complaint anything as I asked to box my Chicken Alfredo and didn’t waste any time to get up and out. I’ve heard good things about this place in the past. Extremely disappointing to see that this place is an absolute joke.

Visiting Warner Robins for work purposes and one of my colleagues recommended this restaurant. Food was delicious!! I had the chicken parm and an LV martini. Everything was perfect. From the moment I walked in and the woman who greeted me, to the bartender (I sat at the bar), they were very sweet and welcoming. Not to mention the decor and atmosphere is just beautiful. Definitely would recommend and I can’t wait to return. Thank you!!

Our first time here and was hesitant about staying until we meet Ms Lillie . Her customer service was impeccable! One of our concerns after reading the reviews was the complaint about the food being too spicy. Not the case You have choices. We wanted to avoid spicy food She was very knowledgeable about the menu . Her warm friendly and welcoming spirit is what made us stay! The waitress was great! The bar tender made me a special drink for my Birthday. Excellent service!.. Love the Brussel sprouts ! The chicken parmesan a little bland . Chicken Alfredo was good. We will return! Thanks again Ms Lillie💓
