JULY 29, 2023 I went to Jack's this morning 9:20 am for the first time ever because I was told they served smoked sausage biscuits, I went to the drive thru lane closest to the building. I sat there 4 minutes with no response. I said good morning and was abruptly, and with slight attitude, asked to hold. We had Jack’s for the first time tonight in Warner Robins, GA and it was terrible. We ordered 15 pc chicken strip box that was supposed to come with 2 large sides and 5 biscuits, we also ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal, a fried apple pie, and a 2 piece meal with green beans and fries. After 3 trips inside to get all the pieces of our order, we got home to discover that there were no biscuits, the chicken was cold and stale, the burger was plain and didn’t even have bacon...read full review
