Always a great experience at this Jimmy John’s! The service is consistently fast and friendly. A special shoutout to the young lady named Mahi — she always greets you with a smile and makes the best sandwiches! It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it shows. My experience was very please until the last person /female, who wrapped my sandwiches, decided I didn't need a bag. When I asked " you don't bag the food?" She replied "you can grab a bag." The bags were behind the counter on her side. I politely asked again " you don't bag the food." She then put it in the bag, no napkins. I had to grab napkins that were again, behind the counter next to the paper bag. Don't make the customer...
