“I had a fantastic experience with exceptional customer service at this store. The employees greeted me warmly upon arrival, immediately making me feel welcome. They were patient as I placed my order, offering helpful advice and recommendations for selecting the perfect smoothie. My smoothie was prepared quickly and tasted delicious, and my wrap was served hot and fresh without any long wait. The store was clean and well-organized, contributing to an overall pleasant visit.“

I've been frequenting this location for at least 6months, regularly. I've never, ever had or experienced anything like what everyone else has. Sigh, energy I guess. Positive energy reflects positive and the antithesis accordingly. I'll just continue exuding positive high vibrations( peace) and staff who assisted me yesterday( Monday 03/04/2024 @ about 3:30-4:30) will continue to gravitate towards me. Great products, affordable prices, stellar service! All the employees there yesterday had pleasant demeanors, and believe me it was quite" busy." More than likely it was their mid-noon rush. And they"handled" it gracefully! Like a well oiled/ fine tuned machine! They were on it! I'm laughing to myself because upon receiving my order( two 32oz Vegan with pineapple+)within about 7 minutes or so; I asked my server her name not once, not twice, not three times...I asked C.J about one thousand, eight hundred and seventy-five times" what's your name? huh? excuse me? I'm sorry what'd you say?" lol, I'm kiddin, it wasn't that many, but it was a lot. Enough for her to get frustrated...but,amazingly enough- she didn't! I asked and she answered, I asked her again and she answered, I asked her again and she answered( all while multi tasking, incredible! Sigh,now that's a breath of fresh air! Costumer service at its finest!)I'm sorry, I know this is a rather lengthy review but I just had to make it perfectly clear, you all aren't as bad as these reviews are making you out to be. No one is perfect, obviously. But this store is perfect"for me"! See you guys this afternoon! Lol“

“They have chocolate covered bananas. They're made before you arrive and they're in a freezer case. They have some with chocolate sprinkles and others with nuts. They also have a variety of prepackaged frozen bars, similar to King of pops. We tried a rice pudding bar. It was good, but I would prefer for it to not have raisins.
This is another place that looks nicer inside than outside. There seems to be another business of some sort in the same space, not sure what that is, just go over to the right for the la Dulce Vida bar. Overall pretty good.“

“The service is fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes they are out of flavors, but there are so many choices that it's easy to pick something else. They have some dye-free options including strawberry and vanilla. They have the Dole-whip in pineapple and mango. It's a neat little place tucked off of Russell Pkwy. The building may be a bit old, but it still has several years of fun frozen treats ahead.“

“Fantastic service! We drive past another tropical smoothie near where we live just to come here. I can’t say enough about the service. To be served with a “made with love” from the person that made it let’s me know that great customer service is still out there! The food is better than not just other tropical smoothies, but other restaurants as well! It’s made fast, served warm, and with a smile. The drinks are always on point. We mostly order online and pick up, but when we have the chance we love to eat inside and enjoy the upbeat atmosphere and conversation.“

“Love this place and the flavors…never had any customer service issues and have been going 1-2 times weekly for the last couple of months.Sadly I don’t think I will be returning…only because what I believe was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was bringing in a larger container because once you’ve added in your mix ins, the ice cream is very soft and partially melted. If you want hot fudge or hot caramel, half of the ice cream is now soup… which I totally don’t mind. I like ice cream soup! Except by the time I get to the car and I stick my spoon in it, it spills all over the sides onto my clothes in the car seats. The cups are simply not big enough to contain melted ice cream (though they are adequate when the ice cream is frozen). I was informed that I could not bring in a container for them to put the ice cream into for health reasons. Which I understand…it’s not even their decision...health regulations. However, during the conversation, it appeared like the manager was insinuating that I was trying to get extra add-ins with that bigger container…. Which I totally wasn’t. I was simply trying to manage a melted ice cream overflow onto my clothes with a larger vessel, etc.But overall love the ice cream and the staff has been lovely to me.“
