“Pleasantly surprised at the delicious-ness of the chicken bacon ranch flatbread! Today was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie’s food and it was absolutely delicious! I had originally gone in for the free ‘sunrise sunset smoothie’ but I couldn’t resist noticing some of the other items listed on the menu! The cashier was friendly & knowledgeable, therefore I would highly recommend giving this establishment a visit! You won’t be disappointed! Keep up the great work guys!“

“They have chocolate covered bananas. They're made before you arrive and they're in a freezer case. They have some with chocolate sprinkles and others with nuts. They also have a variety of prepackaged frozen bars, similar to King of pops. We tried a rice pudding bar. It was good, but I would prefer for it to not have raisins.
This is another place that looks nicer inside than outside. There seems to be another business of some sort in the same space, not sure what that is, just go over to the right for the la Dulce Vida bar. Overall pretty good.“

“The service is fast and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Sometimes they are out of flavors, but there are so many choices that it's easy to pick something else. They have some dye-free options including strawberry and vanilla. They have the Dole-whip in pineapple and mango. It's a neat little place tucked off of Russell Pkwy. The building may be a bit old, but it still has several years of fun frozen treats ahead.“

“One of my favorite go-to places!! I go there so much most of the team members personally recognize me haha! I always return at a minimum once a week because the crew never fails to provide quick and excellent customer service! The food is consistently great also! I give my highest recommendation to the hwy 96 Tropical Smoothie!“

“Love this place and the flavors…never had any customer service issues and have been going 1-2 times weekly for the last couple of months.Sadly I don’t think I will be returning…only because what I believe was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was bringing in a larger container because once you’ve added in your mix ins, the ice cream is very soft and partially melted. If you want hot fudge or hot caramel, half of the ice cream is now soup… which I totally don’t mind. I like ice cream soup! Except by the time I get to the car and I stick my spoon in it, it spills all over the sides onto my clothes in the car seats. The cups are simply not big enough to contain melted ice cream (though they are adequate when the ice cream is frozen). I was informed that I could not bring in a container for them to put the ice cream into for health reasons. Which I understand…it’s not even their decision...health regulations. However, during the conversation, it appeared like the manager was insinuating that I was trying to get extra add-ins with that bigger container…. Which I totally wasn’t. I was simply trying to manage a melted ice cream overflow onto my clothes with a larger vessel, etc.But overall love the ice cream and the staff has been lovely to me.“
