Ordered for a delivery hours in advance. Order was cancelled last minute with no reason given. Tried to call to find out what was going on and couldn't get an answer. Failure of a business. (Update) They finally answered the phone, the lady was rude as hell cutting me off mid sentence to tell me they never got the order (I have an e mail from them stating otherwise) and then door dash cancelled my order.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes to not even be acknowledged and sat at the window watching the employee hide on the security camera screen. Pulled back to the drive thru and still would not acknowledge me. I know they closed in 40 minutes but this was ridiculous. Called the store and was told over the phone there was a 15 minute wait and that I hand in fact not pulled up to the drive thru. No wonder this store has a 3.9 rating.Terrible customer service won’t be back. If you don’t want to serve customers an hour before close perhaps you should look for a new job. Terrible experience.

I ordered through the app. I got a 12 sackful with cheese & 2 milkshakes. Got there to pick up the order & was told the milkshake machine isn’t working. I paid $3.69 each for 2 milkshakes just to be given 2 large drinks as a replacement. So that’s $7 down the drain to receive just large drinks when 2 large drinks don’t even total out that much. Whatever though won’t be getting anything ice cream related anymore

The burger's wasn't very good at all, they were greasy. They don't offer inside dinning so it was drive through only.

I just got off work and arrived 30 minutes before close. Had to wait 20 plus minutes for my food and the older lady there was extremely rude and hateful . I work in customer service and understand they want to get off and go home but she didn't have to be rude. I will not visit this establishment again.

It's seems as if every time I come here the person at the speaker says.....'it's going to 15 minutes on burgers'. I mean, what else do people come here for?? It's just me in line and I only ordered food for one person. 15 minutes doesn't qualify for a quick serve restaurant IMHO.

When I got to the window, the lady told me she changed my order to the 4 burgers, so I didn't have to wait on them to make more, but the burgers I got where hard like they was made hours ago I would have waited on Fresh

This place might be alright if it was 1/3 of the price.
Not too bad, waiting a long time for 24 krystals with cheese and ended up getting some without cheese. Go figure. They were still good though.

While I am a fan of Krystal Burger sliders this particular location 'grills' or 'toasts' the buns which completely ruins the slider experience. I simply do not want to eat a 'crunchy slider'.... Gross. I ate two then threw the rest out. If that's your thing then have at it, but I will not return.
