I decided to get me a bagel since I was running late and didn’t have time to make my breakfast. I pulled up to the drive thru because they were supposed to be open, I sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to answer and when nobody answered I decided to go in, didn’t even get acknowledged and stood for 5-10 minutes while all the workers sat there talking about NOTHING, just sitting there gossiping and not working. They saw me walk in and not one person could even greet me but instead they all want to turn their back. How are you supposed to have been open and not one person is prepared to take order . Clearly poor management and very poor customer service. All ya girl wanted was a BAGEL.

This is the best McDonald's I've visited in a long time. This is my second visit and by far exceeded my expectations. My visit was during breakfast hours. The dining area was clean and service was great. I look forward to my next visit.

Ordered a pie and hot fudge sundae. Waited over a hour!!! The lady working up front with black head wraps was VERY RUDE. If you don’t like your job baby the customer service aint for you!!! The staff in the morning is on it!!! But after 3pm that store goes to crap!! They don’t care snd it shows. Crazy how downhill the McDonald’s is. Sad because my don loves them but don’t even want to deal with the wait or staff with attitudes. Probably go to Burger King from now on

Order placed at 1015am and was not fulfilled until 1042am. Quality of the staff was low except for employee Reen who had to beg for help from the back in order to get customers taken care of. Management at this sight needs an overhaul in training and quality of service.

The nest mcdonalds I've ever been to! And it's all because of Miss Josie(sorry if it's mispelled) She is so warm and kind. I've never gotten such good service from a mcdonalds until coming here! And it's so clean! This is the cleanest mcdonalds bathroom I've ever been in! Everything about this place is amazing. Truly my nest mcdonalds experience ever

I was trying to get breakfast this morning and used my app and it was confirmed. I showed up to the store and the drive thru was backed up, people leaving. I went inside (because I already paid with the mobile app). They acted like they didn’t know what was going on when I went inside. I said my order number, name, and even my order. Horrible HORRIBLE McDonald’s! Don’t EVER go to the McDonald’s on Watson.

They discriminate against disabled veterans here. Don't come here...I got severally sick eating here...I was on the toilet all night holding a barf bag. Their practices on handling food is questionable and need to be shut down by the health department. I explained my concern with the amount of time and temperature of the food. They laughed at me and one lady let both my shakes melt then sit some more causing me to again question the food safety even when concern is expressed. Don't say I didn't warn you...they will laugh in your face and make excuses for why they can't curbside when you order curbside on the app to help the disabled veteran that they will not travel to deliver the order to. Denied service and reasonable accommodation to a disabled veteran who fought three tours Iraq for all you ungrateful souls. Ada violations galore. SHUT THEM DOWN! THEY NEVER HAVE YOUR ORDER RIGHT OR YOUR WAITING OVER 30 MINS IN DRIVETHRU. Food is not to be served to humans. SEVERE FOOD POISIONING!!! STAY AWAY!!!
