Mellow Mushroom Warner Robins

As good as the Pizza is, they need to get their business together. When it comes to their receipt and pricing. I expect to look when I look on my receipt. I expect to see exactly what I'm being charged for if I spend a $100 on Pizza. I want to know exactly what I'm spending on toppings. I want to know exactly what I'm spending on the exact type of Pizza that I'm ordering. I don't want just the amount that I'm spending to be listed on the receipt, and that's it. Other than that, the pizza is usually great, just always expect a different price every time you go

After contemplating between MULTIPLE pizza places throughout Warner Robins, we decided to try out mellow mushroom and they DID NOT disappoint!! We went pretty late due to getting back in town later than planned on a Monday night around 8:15pm (they were closing at 9pm). We were greeted by the hostess immediately upon walking in and seated right away. It was relatively slow during that day and time so we got our drinks fairly quick and our 2 pizzas came out in about 15 mins. Drink wise, the margarita was perfect and the Ace Perry Cider draft was just as good! We ordered the Funky Q Chicken pizza and a medium half Super Pepp, half Mighty Meaty Pizza and they both were VERY tasteful!! Our server (Sky) was very attentive, friendly, and patient as well. I’d definitely recommend and visit again very soon!

Door Dash is driver never deliver (delivered to wrong location) and Mellow Mushroom did not resolve the issue. Not the first time this happens! Girl who pick up the phone showed no empathy and was laughing. It was about a $100 order. Service is terrible and I’m so disappointed! Never ordering from there again. It’s just sad that people lack customer service skills and lack common sense.

Ordered two (2) pizzas costing $63.00. They were two of the dryest pizzas I have ever had. It was just bread, cheese, and meat, NO SAUCE!!!! This is a rip off and poor service. I made a mistake by ordering there, I should have just went to STONER'S PIZZA where I usually go. I decided to try Mellow Mushrooms for a change. WRONG move, wasted money on Pizza that was absolutely horrible. If you want quality pizza, avoid this place like the plague. The pizzas were for my grand daughter's birthday and everything was great except the pizza. I will not go back ever!!!!
