Ordered two (2) pizzas costing $63.00. They were two of the dryest pizzas I have ever had. It was just bread, cheese, and meat, NO SAUCE!!!! This is a rip off and poor service. I made a mistake by ordering there, I should have just went to STONER'S PIZZA where I usually go. I decided to try Mellow Mushrooms for a change. WRONG move, wasted money on Pizza that was absolutely horrible. If you want quality pizza, avoid this place like the plague. The pizzas were for my grand daughter's birthday and everything was great except the pizza. I will not go back ever!!!!

We have been revisiting Mellow Mushrooms lately and try this one in Warner Robins. Great friendly service at a slow. Of lunch. The pizza was delicious and got to our table quickly . This is our first time at this particular restaurant and we were not disappointed . Cool vibe

Food is always very good. Nothing spectacular but always consistent and tasty. We normally order out, but when we have eaten there the service has been on point and the atmosphere well thought out.

Pizza had no sauce on it my bf spent 100$ on it for my birthday. manager did not fix the issue and still refuses to. he claimed that the quality of the pizza diminished after waiting a few hours but I've had mellow mushroom plenty of times and I've eaten it the next day and it was still good. Anyone who's had pizza before knows that. But he just wanted us to return the food which wasn't a possibility that day and I didn't feel like waisting gas money and time to drive back up there and give them back day old crap pizza. So we just ate that 100$. Mellow mushroom is normally my favorite place but this one gave me the worst experience out of any of them, and on my birthday no less. P.s. he tried to compare this situation with a person who left salad out like pizza and salad are so similar, everyone knows you can't leave salad out but plenty of people buy pizza way in advance for parties.

Great service and good quality food and drinks. Atmosphere is amazing and the remodel done looks outstanding. We’ve had multiple parties here with large groups and have gotten amazing service. Pizza is amazing and the drink menu has a lot to offer.

Another amazing Mellow Mushroom location! The new chicken enchilada pizza did not disappoint. I would order it again! We loved the photo ops with all of the art work outside. Most locations only have one or two art features. Customer service was great too.

Unacceptable service today. Our server was a heavy set white girl with a skirt and was very quick and offered low quality service. Bring the pizza walls right off, my kids weren't even able to ask for parmesan cheese. Then comes back later and brings it after we ask her.
Once it's time to pay she brings the bill and I pay by card. She walks away and leaves her payment machine. I don't get a receipt. We're waiting for her to come back but she doesn't. I go to look for her so that I can ask her for a to-do box and she has her purse on her, looking like she's ready to leave for the day. She then brings it to me and I still don't get a receipt.
On my way out I ask for the manager and the hostess tells me he's coming. She says he also works as a server. He never shows up. I see him running around getting boxes and containers for guests but never comes. I walked out. I know a manger should lead by example but when it comes to customer service, let your team bring the boxes and you handle the customer that asked to speak to you. Delegate the task. I was very disappointed by the service today.
