Mellow Mushroom Warner Robins

Great service and good quality food and drinks. Atmosphere is amazing and the remodel done looks outstanding. We’ve had multiple parties here with large groups and have gotten amazing service. Pizza is amazing and the drink menu has a lot to offer.

Customer service was not the best. Food slow, manager cranky. In town for a graduation and spoiled the mood.

Our waiter was doing too many jobs. He forgot to put our order in, our drinks were flat, and although the pacific rim pizza was good, the service made the experience not great.

It's a bit on the pricey side. But you get what you pay for.

We have been going to mellow for years but took a break after my son got sick from eating there. That was probably 2 years ago. Last Friday we went for the first time since the remodel and the interior is great and clean. The food is good and a lot faster than it used to be, even on a busy night.
Our server last week was very kind and attentive. One of the main reasons we went back. Tonight we had a female with red and black hair, not sure of her name. It took 10 minutes just to greet us and that was after we complained to the host (who also failed to give us a high chair and seemed to have an attitude when I asked for one). Our server saw us to take our order and give the check only. Had to fight to get a refill on drinks.
We love the food, but I hope service improves. Otherwise we’re back to never going.

The best tasting pizza and calzones I have ever tasted and cooked to order and all natural ingredients with wheat bread and fired oven. Definitely coming back again?

I wouldn't say this location was quite good compared to other Mellow Mushrooms in Florida that I've been to in the past and never had any issues with those locations. Here's why I gave this Mellow Mushroom location a low star rating is due to the quality of service from the staff like for an example my mother's cobb salad had feta cheese all over it and my caesar salad didn't have much of any salad dressing just had the salad, some croutons and rest was cheese all over it.

The service from the staff was hit and miss the waitress came by only twice to check on everything then no one came back except to drop off the bill in which they didn't tell anyone they charge a percentage fee over the bill cost. They need to tell their customers/guest about percentage fee they charge when paying by debit/credit card.

For what the bill cost $70 dollars for four people I would expect better service and better quality of food taste. The sweet tea tasted waterdown and same with the unsweet tea my mother and I wasn't offered anything else in place of our drinks. If someone pays for this high of a price for a group of four people or more the customer/guests would expect to get better outcome on how the food taste and same with drinks.

I've been to other pizza restaurants around the states I know what pizza and salads are suppose to taste like but this pizza and salad should never have been served to a customer greasy, over powering on the sauce when the pizza was suppose to be light sauce.

Keep in mind if you have a children/kids and you get seated at a table close to the bar just be careful the language from the guest does get nasty like our experience and the management and bartender was allowing the people to continue on with the foul language nobody wants to hear it.

Ambiance is casual but extremely noisy from how close you are next to other customers/guest especially around the bar inside of this location.

Very nice location! Food was good and fast. Server was helpful, happy, and sweet

We have been to more than 10 different mellow mushrooms across the country ( Oxford, AL, Raleigh, Asheville, Boone and Blowing Rock,NC, Clearwater, Port Orange and St Augustine, FL, Charleston, SC to name a few). All have always been very dog friendly on the patio with the best service which has made it a favorite chain of ours when we travel. Unfortunately the Mellow Mushroom in Warner Robbin’s does not live up
to that reputation. Despite other restaurants around who are dog friendly on the patio, they (Kaitlin) rudely asked us to leave after we were seated, embarrassing us and managing the situation in an unprofessional way. She stated that only service animals (not on the ground) were allowed, none could be on a leash on the ground. Our oldest is a registered service animal and we have a puppy in training but their complete lack of knowledge of the rules and their rude approach made us decide not to patronize this Mellow Mushroom (and honestly tainted our view of the chain overall). Additionally, the table next to us had a barking dog in a stroller that was permitted to stay. Overall, this Mellow Mushroom needs to review their policies and train their staff in customer service and sensitivity. We left and went to a friendly establishment across the street ( Black Barley) where we and the dogs were greeted with smiles and kindness and enjoyed a great lunch.

Place has been remodeled. Looks excellent and the people are super nice. One of my favorite spots when heading north.

This is where I always catch up with a friend every other month. Service is usually good. Love the fact it is always lively and clean.

So there is an error online that states they close at 11 but they close at 10 please get this fixed as this is misleading. I had to go somewhere else to dine unfortunately
