Panera Bread

COLD mac and cheese. Like it had been sitting for 20 min withoutnbeing warmed and than tried to serve. (Now it did take 26 min from when we ordered from when it was ready so i really think thats what happened) So i go up to ask for fresh(took about 4 min to get a acknowledgement back, but she got my bowl and brought it back after a minute and originally thought good its hot (the bowl was) but walking to table i realized it was the same bowl.. so touch it...still cold! They tried to microwave it for like 20 seconds i guess. Went back and took a few min to acknowledge again and just had to ask for a refund. This lady was nicer than other at least. But she touched bowl and gave me a weird look (again, bowls hot, so i touched it and showed her the cheese..she refunded me soon as she touched that... do better

They can’t get my order right for the life of me and it’s right off the menu. Last time, they forgot my soup altogether and have me someone’s sandwich. Driving 15 mins home to find out I don’t have what I ordered is frustrating. I give em another shot. I bite into the sandwich and I didn’t even get the sauce in the green goddess sandwich. It was so dry. I can’t keep giving Panera a shot and spending $12+ and I don’t get what I pay for. I love Panera but dang this one is always miss for me.

Had the Dipper and the au jus was nothing but their onion soup. Not to mention there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. Very disappointing.

This Panera bread consistently has good quality food, the staff are also very friendly. Its big inside, lots of seating areas, but just like all Panera breads seem to be doing, they removing outlets or reducing the power outage in them. I noticed it only charged my laptop for couple of minutes and stopped, not really worth it to be back at any more Panera Breads

Ordered a chicken sandwich and onion soup from DoorDash. It really wasn’t made well. The soup was not good not too sure what went wrong there but cost me $31. I would expect a little higher quality. The chicken was white like it wasn’t seasoned or anything just playing and kinda tasted watery. the onion soup just skip this item if you’re going to order from this place

I placed a delivery order for a grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. My grilled cheese was burnt to a crisp. My soup is great and one of my favorites. I was super shocked by my sandwich!
