5 years ago the food was very good and served properly. Example: when I ordered a sandwich at the window it was wrapped properly with a pickle. Here in the last year the bottom has fell out - in my view. The sandwiches and the wrapping is wack. They hire anyone to make your food. You can see by the faces that they could care less about you or your food. Three weeks ago was my last and final visit.

We had great food at this place, and I'm getting into reviews. We went yesterday after church and had a delicious sandwich and a delicious drink. The people were nice, and overall, it's a very awesome place. Also the soup was amazing.

3 stars bc lunch is usually good. Aside from waiting in drive through for 15+ minutes, I got one slice of avocado on my egg white and avocado sandwich.. lol this was $7. Skip Panera and go get a chicken egg white sandwich from Chick-fil-A for way less

My wife and I were there this morning for breakfast, and it was a 5 star experience all the way around. We had a brief chat with Monica whom I believe is the owner, she was awesome!!!!

Was there yesterday, food was not bad but service is terrible, garbage behind the counter over flowing, floor is dirty, no coffee. Need to come up with a better system to pick up food. This store needs help
Yesterday while traveling north through Warner Robins, I placed an order through the Panera app at 1:20 PM and selected a pickup time of 1:50 PM. I arrived exactly at 1:50 PM expecting my order to be ready as scheduled.
When I walked in, there were at least a dozen people waiting on their food. I ended up standing there for 40 additional minutes past my scheduled pickup time before my order was finally ready.
What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. The only explanation staff offered was, “They are really busy.” No one provided an estimated wait time and no effort was made to offer refunds or make things right for the customers who were clearly frustrated and waiting far too long.
To make matters even worse, when we finally got back on the road and opened our order, it was wrong. After waiting 40 unnecessary minutes, you would think they could at least get the order correct.
I visit many different Panera locations, and this was hands down the worst experience I have ever had. This store is extremely poorly managed and operated. I will not be returning to this location.

Every time I go it's about the same. Never had a negative experience. During lunch a mic would be great when calling out names when orders are ready for pickup. Yes, there are buzzers but that's only if you're dining in.

Hadn't been to Panera since I moved from Florida (about 10 years ago). The quality is the same. The Pick 2 deal is great,(half a sandwich and a cup of soup). Great for a quick bite.

Horrible service. We had a lady named Gale who was black and a bit older. She seemed mad and was rude the whole time she took our order. She forgot our drinks, so we had to order them separately. She kept asking if we were done while we were in the middle of ordering and kept sighing and rolling her eyes at us. Other than her horrible attitude, the food was great!

Horrible customer service - Management does not take accountability for ANYTHING & does not know how to communicate.

If you are hosting an event, do NOT rely on Panera Bread in Warner Robins, GA.
Even when an order is placed a day in advance, they are completely unreliable. On top of that, the employees and management were incredibly rude. There was no accountability, no respect, and absolutely ZERO customer service.
Destiny and Gale should not be working with the public, and Panera should be embarrassed to have people like this representing their brand.
Save yourself the stress and avoid this location at all costs.
