Very small portions for the price at the Warner Robins location. Quality of food was average, not what I am use to in other locations.

4 trips in a month. 25 mins one way. All 4 times they were out of bread bowls. 4 wasted trips.
Panera bread did fix the issue so my rating from three star is now a four-star

Always good food. It can be a little pricey, but the food is so much better than typical fast food.
Where to find your favorite bagels and soups
I'm wheelchair dependent. Dee was awesome! Opened door, got me a table, anything I wanted!
I had the Pick 2 with possibly the worst BLT I have ever had. It was the 'new' tomato basil BLT. The thinly sliced bread was torn, so the sandwich fell apart in my hand. The bacon was ice cold. Thank God for warm soup, or this experience would be a total loss. Too expensive to have food fails.

The food was inedible. I ordered the Tomato BLT and the bacon was so undercooked I was afraid to eat another bite. The chocolate croissant was hard as a rock. I just didn't understand what the heck was going on because they weren't busy. I talked with the manager Cassie and she offered for me to come back and try them again. I will take her up on her offer after Christmas to give them another chance. She handled the situation courteously and professionally.

We recieved a gift card from a friend after my mother in law passed and had it for lunch.
The food overall was great. My potato soup was wonderful, my husband said his sandwich was great, but the chicken noodle soup was bland.
The issue was the service. We went to use a Kiosk so we could see pictures since my husband had never been here. We went to pay with the gift card and it went through. Went to pay the remaining balance and the machine froze. I went and got help and it wouldn't work for them either, until the machine decided "it needed rest".
After getting back in line, the gift card didn't want to work. The lady behind the counter was very nice, but the gentleman (I assume the manager) didn't seem like he could be bothered with this issue. We explained the kiosk issue ... needless to say it was a whole process to get them to understand it had money on it, but the kiosk shut down.
Then our buzzer for our food went dead and never went off. It just wasn't the most pleasant trip.
Moral of the story, go to the counter to order

Ordered through the app and picked up our coffee and drinks with no issues. Spoke with one staff member who was polite and seemed very efficient. Restrooms and tables were clean.
The new Steak and Wake breakfast sandwich is amazing and their oatmeal with brown sugar and apple chips was the best oatmeal, I didn't make for myself😋
