I’m changing my original review after the owner contacted me and was able to remedy the situation. If it was not for the owner taking feedback seriously my review would be the same. The food is great, and I can say the owner takes how his customers are treated seriously. He definitely wants his customers to have a good experience from start to finish. I will continue to bring business here.

I'm changing my review from five stars down to two and this because of service today not because of young lady but because of her manager for what she just told me at the drive do. I pull up there's a FedEx truck in the way of the drive-thru and it doesn't have an instinct way to tell you to enter in through this way to go to the drive-thru. So I came in through another way because the FedEx truck was in the way. This is my third time coming to this place second time coming through the drive-thru. The young lady proceeds to tell can you go out and turn around and I proceed to tell her I only came this way because of the FedEx truck or the UPS truck that was in front and she said I know but my manager going to say something can you please go out and come around now I started just pull off and not pay for nothing and just go to life or Papa wings or JJ fish at least the service better. And I took this as rude because you don't do that to a customer first of all especially when it's not even their fault knowing there's an object in front where you want them to come in at through the drive-thru how about put some signs down and say come in this way through the drive-thru. Yes your food is good but the rest of the restaurants that got the same thing you got are good just as yours and this will be my last time you would not no longer have me as a customer because I don't appreciate this Very disappointed in sharks. Oh yes I'm a little frustrated today with them so I'm going to go home pray to God about it but I will not be coming back here.

So I placed the order 15 minutes before closing. I went to the location and the employee said they had no order for me. They sent me to their other location 5 minutes away and they didn't want to open the door. One employee had a bag full of food but didn't come to the door. When someone finally came, they just kept saying we are closed. I told them I placed an order and they said they don't have any orders. Will NEVER go there again.

I ordered a simple Hamburger and Fries the worst meal I have had. The burger wasn't done all the way and the Fries had so much seasoning until it got my Blood pressure High. It's a never again for me 🤮🤮

This place is not a quick place, they have younger people working there, they have no people skills, very rude and totally unprofessional, they all appear to be thier pajamas, not to mention the females that work there have weave in thier hair, NO Hair nets are worn

Shark's is definitely in my food rotation; great choices and decent prices...

I ordered the three-piece whitening dinner, and it was disappointing. Now I understand why they don’t offer returns or refunds. The fries were cold, overcooked, and lacked any salt. The fish fillets had bones, were extremely thin, and also overcooked. After ruining the meal, they added some white seasoning, but it didn’t enhance the flavor at all. I will not be back!
