Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Style

I ordered the three-piece whitening dinner, and it was disappointing. Now I understand why they don’t offer returns or refunds. The fries were cold, overcooked, and lacked any salt. The fish fillets had bones, were extremely thin, and also overcooked. After ruining the meal, they added some white seasoning, but it didn’t enhance the flavor at all. I will not be back!

I received the worst customer service at this place. The cashier didn’t want to take my order and had an attitude with me. Then, her and the other cashier were talking about customers. They didn’t show any customer service at all! The environment was so negative! I will not be visiting this sharks location again!!!

I got the Cajun grilled tilapia on yesterday. After a couple of bites I noticed it was not fully cooked. Later my stomac was quezzy and I had a headache. I put it in the fridge to preserve it until today. I called to inform the store. I asked if I could bring the food back so they could inspect it and replace it with fried tilapia. He said its too late and that I should have brought it back yesterday.
I asked for the mananger. The worker said Mo is the manager and he will say the same thng.
BEWARE of their grilled fish!

Worst fish I've ever had, they also had the best fried oysters I've ever had, and great jalapeno poppers , hush puppies.

I ordered the talipia and wing combo. The plate was full of food. I had to wait for about twenty minutes for my order, but I couldn't complain about it being cold. Everything on the plate was hot. I did notice that a lot of people had call in orders. This was my first time at this establishment. I didn't like the seasoning mix or whatever mix that is used that was sprinkled generously over the food. I couldn't enjoy the food as I had wished but it was edible. The hush puppies and cold slaw were items that were tasted but not suitable to my culinary taste; therefore, these two items found there place in the trash.

My son brought home to-go. We both had selected a combination of shrimp and tilapia. It was delicious, particularly the fish. It was crispy with a flavorful cornmeal crust. Anxious to go back to try the chicken!

It's definitely a casual atmosphere. There is a drive-thru service. The indoor seating is limited to 3, 4-person booths and 2, 6-8 person booths. So don't dress up, and come enjoy great catfish ... whole and filets ... delicious hush puppies, slaw, and fries make for a filling, good meal! Prices are fair for the amount of food.

Came here Saturday night… they changed their fries & now they’re the same as burger kings. I ordered four meals… NO FORKS, NO NAPKINS, & NO KETCHUP!! The gentlemen who took my order was friendly but the rest of the woman who were working shouldn’t have been. The food wasn’t crispy, not even the fries & they put the smallest amount of seasoning on the food. I ended up buying some season to add to it myself. It seemed like the staff wanted to get out of there to enjoy their weekend but my food should’ve been satisfactory.. why aren’t these big fries crispy?? Idk why they would change their fries at all. I used to love sharks when I was in the area but now I’ll stick with JJs
