Shark's Fish & Chicken Chicago Style

I ordered a simple Hamburger and Fries the worst meal I have had. The burger wasn't done all the way and the Fries had so much seasoning until it got my Blood pressure High. It's a never again for me 🤮🤮

This place is not a quick place, they have younger people working there, they have no people skills, very rude and totally unprofessional, they all appear to be thier pajamas, not to mention the females that work there have weave in thier hair, NO Hair nets are worn

Shark's is definitely in my food rotation; great choices and decent prices...

I ordered the three-piece whitening dinner, and it was disappointing. Now I understand why they don’t offer returns or refunds. The fries were cold, overcooked, and lacked any salt. The fish fillets had bones, were extremely thin, and also overcooked. After ruining the meal, they added some white seasoning, but it didn’t enhance the flavor at all. I will not be back!

The food is great it was the cashier the owner son brother or nephew had the worst attitude he act like he didn't want to take the order they always have attitude at this one on

I received the worst customer service at this place. The cashier didn’t want to take my order and had an attitude with me. Then, her and the other cashier were talking about customers. They didn’t show any customer service at all! The environment was so negative! I will not be visiting this sharks location again!!!

I got the Cajun grilled tilapia on yesterday. After a couple of bites I noticed it was not fully cooked. Later my stomac was quezzy and I had a headache. I put it in the fridge to preserve it until today. I called to inform the store. I asked if I could bring the food back so they could inspect it and replace it with fried tilapia. He said its too late and that I should have brought it back yesterday.
I asked for the mananger. The worker said Mo is the manager and he will say the same thng.
BEWARE of their grilled fish!
