One of my favorite burger joints to eat at. We really enjoyed our date this past weekend.

Always have a solid meal here ā love the breakfast. Was a little upset when their fruit cup was removed from the menu. Was the best fruit cup in town (fresh pineapple, blackberries, grapesā¦.) will still be in for the pancakes!

Fast, friendly service and the best burgers...STILL!! I stopped by for a late dinner and was seated immediately. Our server was efficient and attentive. I ordered the Garlic Double Steakburger with onion rings and a bowl of chili. So. Good. My burger was hot, cooked to perfection, and had just enough garlic butter to make it good but not overpower your taste buds. Awesome experience at Steak'n Shake.

Great service great crew great atmosphere great food I just don't like the fact that they have altered a lot of the menu items especially the breakfast taking away the bread from the build your own omelet menu item doesn't make any sense You're now offering a omelet with either only home fries or grits when you were offering toast or pancakes with the omelette with hash browns. Come on guys waffle House serves the All-Star breakfast with hash browns sausage eggs grits and a waffle you guys had the same thing but you took the bread away it makes no sense let's get that back to what it used to be you guys are messing up a good thing

Got a coupon for a free breakfast biscuit so went through the drive thru to redeem and add another sandwich to my order in doing so the intercom was not working properly (should probably fix due to crappy service) the lady got nasty with me and I pull up to the window no smile no nothing explained that I couldnāt hear her and she just rolls her eyes takes a deep breath and deliberately ignores me. No wonder you have to give out free breakfast coupons because people donāt wanna deal with that. Food was great but not good enough for me to return sheās lucky I was in a good mood. I just shook my head like what a loser. Iām from Florida and since Iāve been here everyone just seems miserable and broke.
I just left and I was SO disappointed to have paid $10 for fries with no salt (tasted like cardboard) and a Wendy's dollar menu quality burger. Save your money and go somewhere that gives you quality AND quantity. This place gives you neither.

Well that was not how I expected lunch to go. Never eat or patron Steak n Shake on Watson. Ordered food, mine was wrong, sent back, came back still wrong. I asked General Manager to fix it, nope. Insulated me asking if I could count. I stood up, asked them to take it back he said no again then told me to leave. Then his other little manager came over and slapped my hand holding the food. Then told me we are going to count together as he mauled my food with his bare hands. I told family we are leaving. They called cops because they thought I should pay for the food. Nope. Not after getting treated that way. Once outside the two managers kept escalating the situation. Arguing and being aggressive. Cops finally showed up. They agreed with me but the end said the managers wanted us banned. Fine with me. I Then filed report against manager who struck my hand. Simple battery charges against him and I will be pursuing that with the courts. Never in my life have I been treated that way, never once did they just offer to make it right or fix it. Just wanted to fight with me. All this after a nice festive time in the parade. Merry Christmas lol

I thought all Steak & Shake locations were now application based ordering either online or kiosks at the restaurant. App ordering really destroyed the experience of Steak & Shake. However, the Warner Robins location in Georgia still has the classic wait staff. I had an awesome experience. Without the wait staff, I rarely visit the restaurant chain, but if I lived near Warner Robins, I would visit that store on a regular basis.

No matter if the restaurant is empty or full, I donāt recommend you stopping here if you don't have the patience to wait 30 minutes for one combo. Apparently, my food had been ready for quite some time, I just wasnāt told, though I was directly in front of the host stand/waiting area.
