Service was great. Food was good. Like the fries. Cut very thin. The burger was good. But not great. Always go here when I have the chance. The burgers are better than any other fast food.

My recent visit to the Steak ’n Shake in Warner Robins was deeply disappointing and highlighted a significant decline in both service and overall restaurant standards. What should have been a simple, straightforward meal turned into an example of poor management, lackluster staff performance, and a complete absence of attention to detail.
Our order was mishandled from the start. Several items we requested never arrived, and the items that did make it to the table were cold, incorrect, or noticeably underwhelming in quality. Basic accuracy and temperature—fundamentals of any dining establishment—were simply not met.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant further reflected this lack of professionalism. The staff appeared disengaged, playful, and largely uninterested in their responsibilities. There was no visible management presence, no leadership guiding the team, and no sense of urgency or pride in the service being provided. The environment felt more like a teenage hangout than a functioning restaurant.
Steak ’n Shake once had a reputation for dependable service and consistent quality, but this location has clearly fallen far from that standard. Until management addresses these issues—staff training, leadership oversight, food quality, and basic customer service—I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
For now, diners should consider alternative options until a meaningful turnaround is made.

Awful experience! The omelette was runny, and I had to flag people down just to get a cup of coffee. The service was terrible and the manager was rude, refusing to fix the issue. I’ll never come back to this Steak ’n Shake again

The only reason I can't give this place five stars is because a couple years ago I went to eat a triple steak burger and bit down on a piece of grizzle and it broke my tooth causing a lot of pain😅, but ever since then I've never had a bad experience here. Great staff and they're always nice!

The food was so good, as it normally is. But the attentiveness and service that I was given at this Steak ‘n Shake needs work. I probably sat at my table for a good 10 mins at least waiting on a refill. Had countless waitresses walk by my table and none of them stopped or told my waitress to come check on me. I finally asked another waitress (since my waitress saw the empty drinks and kept walking…) and the other waitress kindly refilled them. My waitress brought the refills out and walked away before getting my trash. The manager really need to have a talk with his employees. This establishment could do so much better if better attentive people worked here.

Whenever we go to Warner Robins, this is my absolute favorite place to eat. Yes, there are a lot of dining choices in Warner Robins, but the quality of service, the excellent meals, and the reasonable prices draw me back ever time. This place has some of the most friendly and polite people! I love being greeted with a real sincere smile that makes you feel like your friends are greeting you back each time. The nostalgic atmosphere is delightful. Their food is tasty and hot every time we go. Keep up the great service!

Greeted upon entry with a warm smile and immediately seated at booth of my choice. Tables are available. At 11:50 AM we were provided menus and drink order taken. Within 7 minutes our selections were brought to table. Complex burgers were prepared as requested. French fries were delicious. Extra ketchup packets provided as requested. Waitress returned twice to see if we needed anything. I observed other tables being provided excellent service as well. I was really impressed.
