Hello Peter is a great great guy very polite and makes Awesome Subs very clean store lovely Atmosphere all Them are very Nice Friendly we all at Walmart on Both Rd And my family love Them Great people Great food Great Service Great place to Dine in or Take Out we just love Them and i can assure you you will as well 👏

I placed my order online three hours before pickup, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. When I got to Subway, not only was my order not made, but what happened next was beyond unacceptable. I ordered a meatball sub, and as I stood there, I watched the employee slap the meatballs onto the bread, then just leave it sitting there in the open air while she proceeded to help six or seven other people with their orders. My half-made sub just sat on the counter, uncovered and exposed.
After waiting about 15 minutes, it was finally my turn. I told the lady I was there to pick up my meatball sub, and she had the audacity to grab the cold, stale sub that had been sitting out all that time and say, "I was just about to make your sub." I told her, "Absolutely not! There’s no way I’m eating a sub that’s been sitting out like that!"
At that point, a guy stepped in and said he could make me a fresh one—but that I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. Fine, I agreed. During the wait, I asked him for some water. Fast forward, after waiting 20 minutes for my fresh sub, this same guy had the nerve to ask me to pay for the water he gave me. Seriously?! Unbelievable.
Finally, I got my sub and went home, only to discover the meatballs were undercooked. It was disgusting and by far the worst sub I’ve ever had in my life. This experience was beyond disappointing—Subway, do better.

I go to this Subway nearly every other week. Last night I went, and there was what appeared to be a mother and son working. I believe this store has a new owner. The woman wore a mask (that's fine), but he Accent was heavy and she wouldn't speak up. I had to have her repeat herself several times, and honestly still don't know what she was saying. After she put my sandwich in the oven, she then went on to sweep with the gloves she had on while making food. The man continued making our order. While making my fathers sandwich he dropped the vinegar, and continued on to make the sandwich without it and started to wrap up the sandwich. When my father asked if he put the vinegar on, he told him he dropped it. We told him we would still like vinegar, so he went to the back and found some vinegar packets and used that for the sandwich. I then went on to pay through the app and scanned my phone. He clearly had no idea how to do that, as his reasoning for not being able to do that made no sense. Flash forward to this morning. I have been shitting every hour since I ate that sandwich, and my face is now puffed up and my whole body is burning hot. I believe I have food poisoning. I got the same sandwich i always get. I don't know if it's because they were using substitutions (idk what they were substituting) or because they clearly don't use basic hygiene (gloves on broom while making food), but I will not be returning, and hopefully this illness will not got worse, or I'd have to sue.

Every time I visit this location flies are all over the place and I’m sure they touch the food.
I’ve never seen more than 3 employees there.
Today there was only 1 employee. Very slow service !!
I ended up leaving going to the location on Russell parkway!

Girl asked me SIX times what kind of cheese I wanted. Six. Then asked me repeatedly what veggies. Obviously she can’t hear customers with her headphones in her ears. Why is that allowed?

Says they close at 9 but I walked in at 8:22 pm and they told me they were closed and that they were running low on bread however there was two shelves full of bread.
So the hours of operation posted states they open at 8am on Saturdays....The person inside said, " we open at 8 but people don't get here at nine." ? How does a legitimate business thrive like this??

I ordered my food from the app and they canceled it but still charged my card. Yet they allowed doordash to still show up to the store. The app said to call the store and the phone number has been change and the new number is unknown.

forgot cheese in a meatball sub that comes with cheese
The sandwiches I ordered were delicious. HOWEVER, I'm only giving 3 stars because staff needs to pay better attention to online orders. Both of my sandwiches were made wrong. They swapped the toppings and breads up on my order...Normally that wouldn't be an issue, except my husband has a medical condition and can't have seeds. By swapping the bread and some of the fillings, they gave my husband my toppings and bread which both had seeds.
