Quick with their orders. Tacos were well prepared. I haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time so that was good to enjoy!
I was visiting first time but I love staff service and food 😍
Came through the drive thru at around 8:45 and the service was great! The lady in the drive through was super sweet and funny, made sure we had everything we needed. Didn’t get her name but she had cool lip rings. Our food was piping hot. Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in my life. Yall are shi**ing on every Taco Bell around. Way to go to whoever the manager is as well!

Taco Bell, located on Watson and Russell Parkway, has mixed reviews. Some customers have experienced excellent food, while others find it terrible, with cold, poorly-prepared meals and insufficient ingredients. The staff is sometimes professional and pleasant, but other times can be rude to both staff and customers. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also questionable. However, some customers have praised the Warner Robins location for its fresh and hot food and fast service. Recently, managers Dee and Jeanno were noted for their awesome service, taking orders without any problems.
In contrast, some reviews highlight issues with customer service, such as an employee ignoring requests for utensils. A customer mentioned their concern about food safety, especially regarding glove use while preparing food, but they still appreciated the staff's efforts despite being short-staffed. The staff provided pleasant interactions, which added a positive note to the experience. Additionally, the parking lot is small, and the drive-through can block exits during busy times. Quesadillas can be hit or miss.
