Phabian is awesome! Showed up late after the lobby was closed in a tall service van and couldn’t fit in the drive thru. Phabian and other crew members saw me and stopped me from leaving and took my order at the door. Really appreciate this crew and can’t thank them enough for making sure I don’t go hungry on this late night!

We have a taco bell closer to our house, but always choose to drive a little farther to visit this location. Food and service is always 100% fantastic. It has been this way for years!

Customer service is everything. Well, as I said a year or so ago. That being said, this place is slower than the arrival of Christmas starting at 26 December. Locale is everything but my goodness they are SLOW!

Terrible customer service, one worker asked me what my name was for the order and serves the gentleman’s next to me and doesn’t give me my order when it was already made and sitting behind her and completely ignores me. Workers had me waiting 30 minutes and dragged their feet to serve me and the 6 other people in the lobby, just to top it off the food was absolutely disgusting and cold.

Poor customer service, cold food. The lobby drink machine is broken, so you have to flag an employee down like a flag marshal at a Nascar race because ever since they installed the kiosk, they became hermit crabs. Taco bell, as a whole, has spiraled but this location is a fill on dumpster fire.

Idk how I'm supposed to eat these quesadillas. Whatever genius decided to put them in these dumb ass paper bags that the tortillas then molecularly fuse with, congrats. Ruined my one meal today.

Website/Google prices and hours differ greatly.
Website hours say they close at 2am, but physical store says 10pm close every day.
Prices are $1-3 higher at drive-thru than listed on online menu.
Not super huge issues, but pretty misleading and inconvenient.
Let go of the philosophy of “Oh it’s fast food, it’s supposed to suck.” No, it’s a job and paycheck for people that customers willingly make possible because the food scratches an itch, so it should be handled well. Same as any other business.

Rude MS. Saniyah couldn't hear my order bc she's too busy talking.... got it wrong so she wanted me to pull back around the line and wait again after she messed it up!!!! A little fix on a cashiers mistake is too hard to ask from anyone at Taco Bell
