Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This Zaxby's really need to hire people that really need a job. The drive thru cashier was very rude! You could tell through the drive thru speaker she had an attitude! The food was old and not fresh! Spend to much on this food for bad service!

I ordered the Wings and Things meal, but was not given the option to choose boneless or traditional. I received boneless, which was not what I wanted - I saw traditional wings on the menu picture.

Trinity was a horrible worker. Her attitude wasn't delightful. She was very rude and they have the nerve to be doing Tik tok dancing while people are waiting on their food.

They are to blind to see that people can see you!

It was a white male with red hair stepped up to the plate to make sure our family got our food. (He deserve a raise)

This place is unprofessional disappointing and food was gross!

I Went to zaxbys and ordered 2 kiddie grilled cheese meals and when I got home not only was my bread completely white (not grilled at all!!) but the cheese inside was completely burnt! The cheese was hard like a brick. I was absolutely pissed but I couldn’t go back to the restaurant because they were closed. I will be going back today because that was just completely unacceptable. The meal was for my autistic son and he doesn’t have a variety of things he can eat so I try to get him what I know he likes. Thanks a lot zaxbys!

Waited ten minutes just so the car in front of me could order. Outside, employees are smoking, laughing, and cutting up, while a string of cars wait in the drive thru line. I finally get up to the speaker box, expecting some response. I wait another 3 minutes in dead silence. The lights are all dim around the store as if it's closed at 9 PM 2024/10/10. Finally a woman's voice barks through the speaker. No welcoming tone, as if I was ruining her day by being there. I order a number 2, 6 count chicken tenders, and two extra saucea, and then I drive forward. In front of me find a a truck stopped in the middle of the drive thru, with a large bumper almost preventing me to pull all the way forward. The woman meets me at the window, takes my money and demands I pull to the side next to a red car while I wait on my food. I have already been waiting, but I must convenience her by pulling to the side, so the drive tru times can be manipulated to not show actual wait times. So I pull to the side and wait, and wait, and wait. I cleaned out my car while I wanted. Finally I get my food in the dimly lit parking lot. Can't see if the order is correct or not, but at least the fries are hot. I get home, and I only got 4 fingers on my plate. I ordered 6. Never going back. That same worked at Burger King on base. She acts meaner than a junk yard dog. Definitely not the type you put up front greeting customers

about 8 pm on 10/7/24. i’ve never had a problem with zaxby’s, but the drive thru holder had 0 manners saying “hold on one sec” 3 times, “huh?” probably the same amount. then they can’t even remember what drink i ordered. the entire conversation during ordering there were people in the back laughing and making it hard for drive thru to hear me. there’s also currently 6 cars parked waiting for food and none have left since i got here.

I just left from Zaxby's and I asked for a 6-piece dinner but I received a four piece instead of a six-piece and I asked for ranch but I had got zax sauce instead of ranch and the workers need to learn how to take orders

Ive stopped by the drive through here about 5 times, during open hours. Each time they were unable to provide me any food, or a specific item on their menu.

Took 20 minutes for a simple chicken sandwich meal. Even if made fresh that’s ridiculous. They weren’t busy at all I was the only order in the drive thru. Almost late to work. Need to get it together.
