I was visiting a friend in Atl he was to pick me up and we were to leave my hotel to go find food.However a lot of the Restaurants were overcrowded so instead of Going Out.
I said get me a grilled chicken sandwiche.Stated Zaxby on the way i said fine when he brought the sandwich. My first time having a Grill Chicken sandwich from Zaxby's within a week I ordered 3. They were so delicious.

The food is great the people in the kitchen were amazing and one girl up front was also amazing I think her name was may the other two ladies up front were so rude idk how they work there put them in the back and bring the kitchen up front bc the negative attitudes and stank face cant be the first face people see that lady and the other girl besides may up front today between 3 and 4 need to be fired or hidden bc they give horrible service

Chicken was chewy and seemed undercooked. No napkins out anywhere - had to get the attention of another employee to get any.

I ordered only a Large Coke on 10/17/2025 around 9pm, Picture below is what MY PREGNANT WIFE AND, CHILD WERE DRINKING . I will be contacting the health board asap

This location does not know how to handle a lunch rush. Ordering ahead of time and still having to wait 20 minutes is ridiculous. Some people come here on lunch break and don't have time to waste. Go to Chick Fil A and get real customer service.

So wanted a good salad tonight. Every time I go to this Zaxbys they get my order wrong. I got a garden salad with grill chicken instead of a Cobb with fried chicken. Didn’t even get salad dressing ugh!!! I didn’t even have any at the house. Then I ordered tacos didn’t even get the ones I ordered there too. Train your folks Zaxbys.

Tried the bleu buffalo tacos and the lemon pepper rub wings. Let me tell you, Zaxby's didn't miss with this one. The tacos are everything, and I usually don't get the wings due to them not being cooked to my taste. But these wings are crispy and delicious. Keep it up,, you got me ready to come back.

I don't know what's been going on with zaxby lately but it seemed like y'all service is getting worse I had never seen your nibblets look this bad and taste is bad the bread taste very stale and mushy like I don't know who y'all got up in the kitchen but they don't give a care. Not only that y'all short-changing people with fries and we paying anywhere from 9:00 to $15 for a meal expect to be a little bit better I mean. very disappointing and yes all my nibblets look just like this and the buns you guys had to change it because they never was this thick, mush, squish and stale. I pray y'all change because I truly like Zaxby's

The wings are so small, they don't even look like chicken wings. Last time I visited this place, same thing, small wings. The meal was not hot. This place has gone down. It's definitely not worth the money. I won't be going back.

My chicken tenders were barely tossed in the sauce i asked for and french fries were cold im not from here but there food service can be better the zaxbys that i go to at home always fully toss my tenders and the food is very fresh!

Literally still sitting in the line. They didn’t take my order properly, then told me to pull up, and I’ve been pulled up waiting for over ten minutes. Don’t waste your time, go ten minutes down the street to a different one.

Update: after waiting another ten minutes and no one else was behind us in the drive thru line I went in and our food had just been sitting there and no one brought it out to us like they said when they asked us to pull forward.

Update 2: once we got home we also noticed they got our order wrong and left out items…
