While the food is decent, I don't appreciate having the ability to order curbside, check in only to sit in my car for about 15 minutes then going inside and the food "just sitting there". When asked about the curbside, the young lady very nonchalantly said, "sorry, we didn't see it." 🤔
My take is if you no longer offer curbside service, cool, please remove the option from the app! Please and thank you!

Zaxby's is my absolute favorite favorite place for chicken! I love their fries and the coleslaw is soooo good! Ooh, and their new egg rolls, you gotta try them 😋

I went here with my wife. We both got the Asian salad. I thought it was pretty good. The service was fast and the price was not too bad.

I'm knocking 2 stars though for the smell. I was in the restaurant business many years ago. Many restaurants understand the need to mop the floors at closing time. To do this many restaurants use rolling mop buckets. Unfortunately, these buckets can be a pain to empty and rinse out. So because of (laziness?) the water in the mop bucket is not changed for a week or weeks. This means the water in the bucket smells bad. However, even though it smells bad, it is used to mop the floor. That makes the whole restaurant smell like mop bucket water. That's what happens at this particular location.

Zaxby's is not the only restaurant to have this problem. I've experienced it in Texas Roadhouse, Cheddar's, and even Cracker Barrel.

Folks, please change the water in you buckets nightly!

Chicken was very tender, and the cheesecake bites were spectacular. We got there at 11am and so the doors were locked but after enough knocking they came and unlocked them.

I have picked up from drive thru twice this week. The girl and I think it was the same girl both times was very pleasant even to the point of announcing her name before taking the order. The guy who took my money both times was very pleasant. My order was correct both times and the salad was made with love both times. Great service, friendly staff who act like they appreciate my business. Byron Zaxby's could use some lessons.

Great service great food great music and a very clean diner and restroom at this Zaxbys my family and I will definitely be returning customers over and over again the employees were very so nice and the manager Hunter really does a great job and is so nice and respectful to everyone. Thank you for awesome food and service will return soon

Service is not good. I have been to multiple zaxby's and got the crafted lemonade. The lady at the register didn't want to give me a refill even though on other zaxby's they gladly always do. She forgot sauces and was rude when taking the order, and asking why she did not want to refill my drink.
