Had a bad experience with online ordering and the order getting lost. After showing a copy of pending charge on my credit card they still couldn’t find it. So they made the food anyway and gave it to us for free. The pending charge disappeared and bank said it was canceled. Shoutout to Greg (the manager) and his friendly staff for going above and beyond and making a glitch in the system right for us.
